Update: Went from 3 stars to 1. The delivery driver was not aware I could hear his conversation with the cashier when she called him for an ETA, and thought it appropriate to "joke" about me being hungry and ask the cashier if I was giving the previous order back (which I had already offered to do, but ended up NOT doing after hearing this "joke" because what you're not going to do is take 2 hours for a simple meal and then be rude on top of it). I have FINALLY received my correct order after 2 hours. Funny enough, after I called and let them know they could come pick up ALL their food and just refund me, he magically pulls up. Initially, less than 5 minutes after receiving my order, I'd called the delivery driver to let him know it was wrong. He apparently mentioned the situation when he got back, but 40 minutes later I called see what the hold up was and a girl informs me that the price is "wrong" on the website and it costs more than what I paid. I said Your website being wrong is not the customers fault, and mentioned I have a screenshot of my order. So she agreed to send my food "this time" but told me I need to use the description box in the future so they can do it right. I understand the cashiers don't run the website so that part I don't blame her for, but her response leads me to believe that they were just going to not deliver my food nor give me any explanation if I hadn't called them. The food is okay, most of the time. But whether you order delivery or go to the store, it will always take excessively long, and your order will ALWAYS either be incorrect or missing part of it. So to avoid frustration and actually enjoy your meal, check your bags before you leave, or ask the guy to wait while you check if you're getting delivery. I'm not sure if it's laziness or incompetence, but it's annoying. You know how when you add avocado at subway, they charge you like 1.50? At little villas they charge you the extra money, but don't actually put what you ordered on there. This should NOT have been a 2 hour ordeal with me overhearing being made fun of. The cashier said the driver was "just joking", but nothing is funny when you are playing with people's time and money. I got off work at 10:30 last night, my feet are killing me and I have not eaten all day, so yes my fat self is "hungry", jerk. Will never spend my money here again. I would have definitely kept my tip the initial delivery if I'd known the driver thinks he's a damn...

I strongly advise going to another restaurant! 1st we waited over 45mins for our food...n they were mot busy..y'all!!! At all!... we ordered 4 different meals for a ttl of $60( at 1st the price didn't bother us), 2nd when we received our food they left an order out so if we would not have checked our bags before we left, we would have been S.O.L a meal. Now let's talk about the food..sigh! It was horrible 😢. The chicken wings were EXTREMELY SMALLLLL, unseasoned, and over cooked. We have never seen chicken wings so small ever, ever, ever. Heres an example of how small...they were, all of them were 10% the size of an average chicken wing. They were pencil thin! The jalapeño ranch sauce was spoiled, it upset our stomach, the chicken bacon ranch wrap had rotten tomatoes and we specifically said no onions and it had onions(come on now pay attention to the specifics of the order, keep up!), the chicken nuggets were cooked in old burnt grease and was not good at all. Now the only thing we survived off of for the family of 4 was a 10inch small pizza, which was better off than anything else. Ridiculous we will never order here again! And for the owner when you ask..what time and day, we ordered, so you can better assist, don't worry about it fix your problems with the inside of the building and your food! Read moreDO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! While holding to order, the call somehow connected to another customer who was on hold to complain about not receiving an item with their food delivery. It was late and nothing else was open around my hotel so, I ordered against my better judgement. It took 1.5 hours for my food to come. When the driver got here, he had forgotten a dessert item I'd ordered. They said he would bring it back. HE NEVER SHOWED. By this time, they were closed (they closed 5 minutes after he delivered the food, which is why he probably didn't care to come back with the forgotten item). In addition to that, my food looked as though it had been tossed around. But, I couldn't call and complain because, of course, they were closed. I called the next day only to be told, "We can deliver the cake but, that's it. The owner isn't going to do anything else". I asked, "Can you at least say you're sorry for my terrible experience?" The kitchen manager disconnected the call. They are rude and should not be dealing with customers. I never got belligerent with them so, the nasty customer service was completed unwarranted.
