As I was walking in the door to pick up a doordash order I watched a girl with green hair holes in the shoulders of her shirt and black glasses behind the counter pulling her hair up (I have worked in the Restaurant field for 20+yrs, am Servsafe certified in TN and now in the medical field!) She proceeded to put her glasses on then ask me what I needed, so far 3 health violations have happened just by her alone! When I told her I was there to pick up an order she walks over and opens a box without washing her hands ! I was there 30 minutes and she never attempted to wash her hands even after I called her out on it. I said something to the cook when she walked outside they were like here she comes. As she walks in the door I tell her how gross it was and it had been a legit customers food I would have notified the health dept and the customer. She tried to refuse to give me the food. I called doordash and the customer to let them know this supposed "manager" who says she is servsafe certified but just don't care. B/c I can't get her fired and she doesn't have to wash her hands she works up front. I have posted on Facebook about this and called corporate! Its all on camera even the part where she chased me out of the store to call me a Karen. I said it is nasty you are goin to make someone sick. She said and I quote "I don't care! This is just a part time job they won't fire me!".
To think these kind of people are "running" a restaurant makes me sick! I asked all of the employees to contact the GM so I could speak to him, and no one did! I will be there today to speak with them or someone above him if this is not resolved! To be sersafe certified and fix your hair behind the counter and not wipe the counter down or even wash your hands is gross. I knew she was lying about her certification when she said "I don't touch the food so I don't have to.wash my hands!" You work in a restaurant every time you go do a different task you are to wash your hands with soap and warm water for 15-20 seconds or Hum the Happy birthday song while washing your hands. When u are finished u are to take a paper towel turn off the faucet and proceed drying your hands. Then the last thing you want to do is apply hand sanitizer! Someone needs to teach her this! She refused to give me her name and no one would give me the GMs name. FUNNY part was she said "He won't give a s*it either!" I say check the cameras! If u continue to employee her you will lose more business than u realize! I will make sure to inform my doordash customers if they order from this store to read this review if it isn't taken down and then If they decide they still want to eat here I'll cancel the order on my end and let another dasher have it! I will Never eat here and refuse to allow my child or family...

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Marco's for over two weeks now and the owner nor his managers have the capacity to resolve my issue. In fact the owner does not answer his phone nor return calls. I will NEVER order from this location again and hope those reading this reviewer will consider another pizza provider or another Marco's location. I ordered a pizza using the Marco's website at approximately 10:30 on 5:24 pm the pizza tracker showed our order would be available by 10:55- 11:05 when we arrived at 11:00 they were closed and had been for a while. The parking lot was empty. Mind you I'd already paid for our order with my debit card. I was frustrated but it was not a big deal. I called the following day Brian the manager said, "Oh we have your order here we can make the pizza for you. " Um no thanks please give me a refund was my response and he stated he canceled the order and I'd get a refund in a couple of days. Still no refund!!! The next day my wife decided to order a pizza but opted when using the website to pay cash. She gets a call at 10:30 from the same Marco's saying we can't make your pizza because we've already put all the ingredients up. I guarantee this exact thing happened but they didn't bother calling me since I'd already paid for my order. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This was always our go to pizza place, until a few months back. The pizza started arriving 20+ minutes late, cold and the taste was different. We decided to give them another try after taking a break for several months. Ordered food at 5:30, told it would arrive between 30 and 40 minutes... An hour goes by and no pizza. When we call t,he girl who answered said the driver was ten minutes away. 20 minutes later we call back again and again we are told the driver is still 6 minutes away. Spoke to the manager about the time it has taken. He looked at the orders and began to argue about what time we made our order (40 minutes prior to speaking to him) when we read the email of the order confirmation to him he then changed his tone saying he could see our order was placed an hour and 20 min ago, but there was another order that came in on our street, which is the one he confused with our order. So obviously our food sat in the store for 40 minutes until the second order was done so both orders could be delivered at the same time. Absolutely unacceptable. This place was great for so long, I don't know if it's an issue with not having enough staff to operate the location or it's the caliber of staff running this location but it's obviously a concern the owners...
