Taco Bell — Restaurant in East Ridge

After being without power for 12 hours everything spoiled and I had just had surgery so I ordered Taco Bell thru door dash to pick up and I had on my pjs. Anytime I have ever ordered for myself on door dash to pick up I have always went thru the drive thru. So I get to Taco Bell and go thru the drive thru and and they said the policy is I have to go inside. I said I just have surgery and I’m in my pjs and can they make an exception this one time. Kept waiting for a response and another lady got on there and told me to come in. So I go in there and get the food and was fixing the drink and I hear them all talking about me cause they thought I had left. So I ask to speak to a manager cause this is going on in front of customers. He had to literally go into the back and get her so she wasn’t even out there supervising this. After speaking with her she said well your gonna be delivering it in ur pjs. So that just proved she didn’t care or listened to anything I said. I said again this is my order I ordered it and she was like well it doesn’t have your name on it and it’s because it had my husbands name on it. I have never in my life seen such behavior from a manager either. And I called this morning and they refused to give my the district managers phone number. And they said there not aloud to give it out. A district manager is who your supposed to be able to contact if your issue wasn’t resolved. I will be contacting Taco Bell and filing a complaint about...

Ok usually my family and I have great service here. Never have had to check our food, even in the drive through. TODAY however... They got our order wrong. My husband and son didn't check it bec..well..wr never had to. They got home and 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. They go back up there to get it fixed, and one (im assuming) lady manager started off polite, then the girl on drive through butted in and said I know I didn't mess that order up...and kept chattering. My husband said, can you tell her to be quiet please, she obviously got the order right bec its correct on the receipt. So tell her she doesn't need to worry about this. Then the lady manager went and got this short stocky manager who came up to the counter aggressive and with attitude. He reached across the counter aggressively and tried to grab the food from our sons hands. When he did, my husband smacked his hands aways from our son. He said you can have the food back but you are NOT grabbing anything from my son like that. He threatened to call the cops bec my husband was protective over our son and smacked his hands away. Idc what type of day your having...No one should come towards anyones child aggressive and grabby. We will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell. We only live about 5 mins from there, but we will go out of our way to avoid this facility. They need to teach this manager better anger management and...

RUDE AF.. Personally, I've never met such rude and trashy people. To top it off, also nasty af. Sneezing near food while tossing fries. Didn't walk away, didn't really "sneeze away" in another direction, didn't go wash their hands before continuing..tbh they never even stopped tossing the fries while sneezing 🤢🤮 The cashier (which apparently doesn't exist anymore) complained about a man she had helped before me, as he was right there, to me... Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers. She walked off while the guy at the kiosk needed help. The bosses are dead set that people aren't allowed to come to cashier anymore and HAVE TO use the kiosks.. it's rude af to know my grandparents when coming will be "forced" to adjust to the new ways. Some older people only get a little bit of human interaction if they don't have kids, etc. I feel even worse for them. I can't imagine them all confused trying to figure it out. As I literally heard the boss say people will HAVE TO deal with it and learn to use just the kiosks because they won't have a cashier anymore. The lady up there is just to show us how to use the kiosks for a time and then there won't be a person assigned up there anymore. Tbh. This whole thing was just completely unprofessional, unsanitary and insane to watch as a customer that just walked in to see it all happen...will...
