Driving back towards Atlanta I made a quick cut through to the Ringgold highway to cut time off the interstate. it was a lot of traffic almost back to 75 I saw a fire house subs store. I was delighted to see it because I had wanted to stop at Fireside before leaving Nashville but I accidentally passed it up. Too dang lazy and too much traffic to circle back around. I pulled into the store and danced in to get my favorite the hook and ladder sub. I like everything on it except those onions. I’m sure they’re great but for me nope, no onions. I walked up to the counter to place my order and was behind a lady who had come in and ordered about a dozen sandwich. She seemed a little annoyed that she wasn’t going to get them immediately. The staff was doing everything they could to accommodate her and all the other customers that were in there. I made my order and then wandered around a few minutes waiting for my sandwich to be ready. It was ready pretty quickly though; actually faster than I expected it would be considering the big order they had just taken. Everyone there was really friendly and smiling and seem to be having a good time despite the store being pretty busy. They would’ve been fairly busy even without the large order that had walked in. Please, if you have a great big order it’s polite to call ahead so the staff can get it ready for you and they don’t have to rush through everything including taking care of the regular walk-in customers. Back on I 75 S. heading towards Atlanta. It is getting dark and boy I wish I was home already. It has been one long, miserable drive. At least it hasn’t rained. At least I have a really good sandwich to snack on while I’m driving. I’ve only got like two hours to go to get home and there’s no way I can eat all of this humongous delicious firehouse foot-long sub before I get there. If I did I’ve had to pull over somewhere...

I recently revisited Firehouse Subs after a long time, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and a clean, well-maintained establishment. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, especially since it had been a while since my last visit.

One thing that really stood out to me was the calm ambiance of the place. It was a peaceful environment, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal without any distractions. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom, which is always a crucial factor in determining the overall quality of a restaurant.

When it came time to place my order, I had a special request to have my subs cut into four pieces. The cook behind the counter was more than happy to accommodate my request, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction. It's always refreshing to encounter such attentive and friendly staff members.

The subs themselves were simply outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were mouthwatering. The attention to detail and the dedication to quality were evident in every bite. The fact that they were willing to go the extra mile to customize my order further added to my overall satisfaction.

Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was exceptional. The combination of a pleasant atmosphere, clean facilities, and a helpful staff made for a memorable visit. I left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied, and I am already looking forward to my next stop at Firehouse Subs. If you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious subs with excellent service, I highly recommend giving...

Since my first review they have stepped up their game. I believe they have a new staff or it was different people when I was there. Great job on correcting the problem!

My food was good but the experience was anything but! The employees were involved in conversations among themselves complaining about their hours and being sick. The female I believe to be the manager infact was telling the other employees what had better be done while announcing she was sick and shouldn't be doing their job. One employees adult children came in grabing water cups over the counter while I was ordering. Then said employee started talking to her daughter and cursing about things at home. Then to make it even better while still on the clock said employee went to the car directly out the back door and started loading clothes into a garbage bag. Overall I'd say I probably won't be revisiting. I was so uncomfortable and if had not already paid I would have left. Mean while I sat there taking this all in while being the only customer...

Well this was my first time ever having Firehouse Sub's a friend of mine said we should go there and I really needed to try it. Well I agreed and we went. My friend ordered his sandwich and moved, the cashier walked up and looked at me 3 time's before taking my order and she only took it then because people came in. She was rude when taking my order and not helpful at all. I don't expect Chick-fil-A customer service from them but some decent form of customer service would have been nice. Food was good but I'll never spend my money here again!!!
