Krystal — Restaurant in East Ridge

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The woman working the drive thru had the worst customer service I have encountered in a while. Not only was she rude but she was also going to have a debate with my sister about whether or not she could have steamed buns for the chicks that she ordered. The car in front of us had been at the window for well over 5 mins, I could see the timer in the window. When we got to the window, there was no greeting of any kind, she seemed as though she had an attitude, and it took what felt like forever for my sister to get her food. My sister had to ask for her reciept when the lady passed her soda out the window. She didn't say 'thank you', 'have a nice night', or nothing at the end of the transaction. Now, I worked at a Krystal years ago and I remember 3rd shift starting at 10. If that's still the case, she had only been at work for an hour and forty minutes. She still had some hours to go before she gets to go home. If she didn't want to work tonight, she should have called out. Whatever she was mad about should have been left outside the building when she got there. My sister may continue to visit this particular location but as for me, they will not get another dime of my money. I work too hard to earn it to have to deal with or accept subpar customer service. It would be different if my sister had been rude to her but she hadn't. From what I could tell, there was one other person, he walked past the window, that was working with her....

Went through about 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday night did a mobile order on the app used the drive-thru and had a wonderful experience. I have no complaints whatsoever. The apple pies weren't quite ready. (If I'd looked at the app. I would have known that it tells you when your food is ready) so it's really my fault. So I told him I'd just pull back around in a few minutes. Once I got parked a couple of minutes went by and I was going to drive back through and he was already outside bringing me my food. Very nice guy. My Krystal cheese Burgers were just as I ordered them with no pickles. No ketchup, no mustard, no onions, just cheese! You don't know how long it's been since I actually got a Krystal sandwich correct.... It was amazing! And they were fresh! The only thing I didn't like was the strawberry sweet tea. I don't know what was up with that but it was not good! Almost a soda taste to it with carbonation. I don't know it was bad. Anyway, not his fault. It's just obviously the way they make it and it is horrible and definitely not worth the extra money! Stick with a Coca-Cola product. It was always good at Krystals anyway with great carbonation! I definitely will remember this location for future visits. It was nice to actually get fresh food and the way you ordered it...

I waited at the drive-thru speaker last night for almost 15 minutes, saying "Hello?......Hello?" Nobody would ever answer. Finally I had to get on my cell phone and call the restaurant and ask them what the problem was. Finally some girl got on the intercom and said "Uhm it's going to be a while! We had a lot of orders that are screwed up and you're just going to have to wait!" If this was the first time that it happened it would not be such a big deal, the fact is this happens every single time I go through this particular Krystal! Enough is enough! By looking at these reviews, I can clearly see that ok not the only victim here! Enough with the "apology responses"! Do something about this place already!!!! I will never ever ever return I will not encourage anybody else to go to this one. Drive 5 more minutes and go to the one on Brainerd Road and hopefully I'll have a...
