McDonald's — Restaurant in East Troy

We went thru the drive thru to order a large big mac meal, a plain cheeseburger happy meal with apple juice and apple slices, and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The women taking the order made us repeat to her several times that we wanted an apple juice with the happy meal, yet she put a small sprite down. when we get to the window, the cheeseburger is not plain, we were missing the apple slices and we had to ask for the apple juice instead of the small sprite. we asked the worker to replace the cheeseburger and they gave us another not plain cheeseburger. we say that its not plain and they ask us to pull forward to wait for a remake. we wait in our car for 5 mins and then my bf goes into the store and gets the cheeseburger himself. as im eating my big mac, i pull out of the burger a 4 inch piece of STRING. i had to go inside and request a manager (Mickey) to replace my sandwich. as hes doing so, i hear the workers say “that guy is still waiting for his cheeseburger” and they LAUGH about it. i tell them we already got the cheeseburger by coming into the store since they forgot. this experience was unprofessional and couldve resulted in me choking to death on a...

We came to this location after a concert at Alpine Valley was delayed. We arrived at around 10:10PM, and the location closes at 11PM. The location was busy, as many had traveled here from the concert venue. There were only 3 people working, and I initially had some respect for the main individual working. He looked to be working extremely hard to fill orders. We placed our order at the kiosk, and began to wait. As time went on, the main individual working got more and more frustrated with the other staff and patrons. After waiting until 10:50PM, another patron went up to ask about their order, and were told the number had already been called and that there was nothing he (the main individual working) could do. I went up next, and he also told me that he had already called my order. He was extremely rude, accusing me of missing him calling out my order. He had in fact not called my number, as I'd been sitting there waiting the entire time. I realize he had been extremely busy, but treating customers in this way is not acceptable. I was respectful in my tone, and did not receive the same...

HORRIBLE customer service. I travel for work and often sit at fast food places while I wait for work. I sat down grabbed some food and was minding my own business when an hour later an Older lady walks up and asked me if Im waiting for a ride or something, I didn't think much of of it but I said no and that I was just hanging out and she moved on. 20 minutes later I order another item and have a seat. Shortly after she comes over to me and tells me that if "your gonna sleep here, your going to have to leave" I was very confused seeing as the place was empty that me sitting for a few hours with two purchases that she would say that. Either way I talked to a manager and he said "you have to buy something" and I told him I did but he didn't really seem to care much about what was going on.
