Dunkin' — Restaurant in Eastampton Township

The staff here is awesome, very friendly to a regular drive thru customer. I go specifically to this location because they told me they have pumpkin flavor year round. In the last 2 months I purchased 18 pumpkin iced coffees at this location. I can’t go back any further than that in my app’s transaction history, but assume an average of 9 iced pumpkin coffees per month over the last year. Today, a new worker told me that they did not have pumpkin. After I pulled up to the drive thru window to inquire - since I just got a pumpkin coffee 9 days ago - someone I’ve never seen before (the owner, I assume) told me that pumpkin is a seasonal flavor and they do not have it. When I tried explaining that I just got one last week, he shut the drive thru window on me to end the conversation. Congratulations, you just lost one of your best customers. Ugh this has been the worst experience at a dunkin i have ever had in my life. The atmosphere at this place is horrendous. I have been coming to this dunkin for about two months, same day and time. It progressively has gotten worse each time. The two employees were fighting loudly like screaming matches. Couldn't understand and anything since it was in a different language. I heard some kind of hitting/slapping of each other. They were well aware of me sitting there and didn't try and apologize for the multiple disruptions. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism they displayed in front of customers. If they show that kind of behavior in front of customers, what goes on when noone is here. I have worked for dunkin and i couldn't be more disappointed. The company really needs to look into...

WORST DD in the planet. DO NOT go there. I used to go for coffee every day (espresso) and I caught them re -using the old left over coffee from previous days and mixing it in the coffee I ordered. I asked them to make fresh coffee because I pay for good service and quality, and the staff in a very rude way replied that it was fresh. I told them that I saw how they just prepared it and then they prepared it properly. This happens very often. They re used the left over and mix it with your order.
