My older sister always comes here with the children and I have had the opportunity to visit before with her an kg was amazing. The rum and raisin milkshake and cookie and cream ice cream was so good.

However tonight my sister and I visited your establishment and ordered ice cream cones, milkshakes, and funnel cake. When we were asked to select our cone size, we opted for three scoops, but upon seeing the price of $8 per cone, I requested to downgrade to two scoops. Unfortunately, the cashier, Demaris, responded with a hostile tone and a dirty look, saying "where you see that at" while gesturing to the displayed cones. I felt disrespected and unheard as a paying customer, and the interaction made our visit unpleasant. I hope this feedback helps improve your customer service. I was truly rooting for this business but I will never taking my business to Dots...

We stopped by this ice cream shop for the first time and instantly loved the vibe. The music playing in the background made it feel super chill and welcoming. Ordering was really easy with the self-serve kiosk, and there were so many great flavors to choose from that I couldn’t decide! The owner was really sweet and let us try samples of the Banana Pudding and Peach flavors - both were amazing. You can tell they really care about their ice cream. What made it even better was the free games they had for kids (and adults too!). Our 7-year-old had so much fun playing air hockey, tic-tac-toe, and Jenga. I love this little ice cream shop! A special shout out to Demi, the young lady who served us on our last visit. She is patient, professional, and courteous.

There are board games, wall mounted tic-tac-toe boards, and even an air hockey table to entertain yourself with while waiting for your ice cream (which has never been too long).

All the ice cream is lactose free… which both I and my family appreciate (if you know you know)!

Last but far from least, the customer service is simply unmatched! They not only remember my favorite order (açaí bowl… super delicious and healthy), but also the way I like it prepared.
