Dunkin' — Restaurant in Easthampton

I go to this dunkin donuts almost every morning (on northampton st.) today i went there like every other day, I placed my order, pulled up to the window to pay, only to here "THAT'S $9.XX" in the most unfriendly/ almost aggitated voice. Whatever, no big deal, I'm here to get my food, not make friends. This man was poorly dressed, by that I mean he was not wearing an apron/nametag/uniform. He simply wore a blue/white strippe polo and jeans. He continued to be rude, and then TOLD me (not asked) to pull over because it will be a while, I was in a bit of a hurry because it's 7:45am and I have to get to work soon. It's a drive thru so it's supposed to be quick/ convenient. After he said that in his tone. I said under my breath,"wtf" very quietly not toward him. He must love confrontation, because he took this opportunity to say" I will not have you cursing at me or my employees". HaHa what, I'm thinking to myself. I said no, I explained why I was displeased and simply said I said wtf under my breath I didn't curse at anyone, I said wtf not fu) he became more irate and said "you just cursed at us 3 times" Is this guy on drugs? probably, but that's neither here nor there. I said this conversation is done, no more cursing and rolled up my window. I pulled around and a very nice lady came out and apologized that it took so long and that her boss "was a d-bag" lol her words not mine. He must have some type of anger issues. I would not recommend going to the northampton st. location, there is one on Union st. less than 2 miles away built into the pride gas station. They never give me any issues....

On saturday morning oct.6 2018, this old bag at dd in easthampton took my order for a large coffee. As I was waiting for it ,it didn't take long but when it came ---it was wrong! It was a medium and I order a large one ---so the old bag said to me (I gave you a medium )as a diabetic the way I have it made is for having a large one not a medium. She did not care and dismissed me as a customer and was rude and went on to other people, all she cared about was her friends and apparently family and chitchatting with all them instead of taking care of a paying customer . It's not worth doing business with these people in the Eastampton Dunkin' Donuts and I recommend to not...

I never leave bad reviews. I am a cook myself and understand when it’s busy and service may be slow. However I don’t understand the level of disrespect for the customer that was shown here. They acted as if it was a nuisance to serve me. I wish it was just one bad interaction, however it was several with multiple employees, I waited 25 minutes for my hash browns to be microwaved while watching my coffee melt so much (don’t know why they couldn’t have at least handed it to me). So I left, a little upset I didn’t get my breakfast but I will not eat anything being made here, because I guarantee they are applying their same standards to the food as their...
