Mission Taco — Restaurant in Easthampton

Okay we love to eat at restaurants and this one was our first experience at Mission Taco so here it is. Their Tacos were the worst we have ever tried. Our family of 3 went there for take out. Their Tacos are literally the size of your palms without the fingers being included about 4 inches by 4 inches . $6.50 for one taco which was tasteless filled with raw cabbage as the filler. I ordered a braised beef, shrimp and fish taco and not knowing what size they were. The shrimp taco they took one shrimp and cut it up into 4 pieces really $6.00 not even 2 shrimp. The fish had more on it probably 2 oz.$6.00, the beef one was absolutely tasteless $6.00. My son ordered a burrito which was a good size and he said no rice because he said it would of been mostly made up of rice and he was spot on. Also ordered there beef nachos tasteless do not order. And the nachos were so small had about 10 chips on it. The white sauce they put on it was disgusting $14.95. and my husband bought 2 tacos. We spent $60.00. We am truly surprised at how bad they are and to tell you the truth I have no idea how they stay open. My husband actually called them and told them how terrible the meal was and that our family would not be back. The Manager She said nothing even to ask how can we make this right. Never have we had a meal so horrible. Only thing I would say to get is the burrito with no chips included or sauce to put on it. It is...

Sigh. I So wanted to give this place 5 stars. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is extraordinarily poor and the level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

We arrived and were seated at a table that was beyond filthy. It was smeared with chunks of food from the last party that sat there. The server began to put utensils down without cleaning the table first. We stopped her and asked that she clean the table. She agreed, but was distinctly annoyed, even rolling her eyes at us. The appetizer plates she brought over also still had food on them from the last party to use them. Absolutely disgusting.

We ordered nachos as an appetizer. We sat for a very long time and finally our entrees came out. No nachos. We were thinking they forgot them. Several minutes after our entrees came out the appetizer arrived. The server did not apologize but offered excuses instead. We refused the appetizer and asked that it be removed from our bill, since we had specifically asked for it first. The waitress scoffed and said fine with some serious attitude.

When we got the bill, we noticed that we were charged for the nachos anyway. We had to insist that this charge was removed. The server did not say thank you or good night or anything friendly when we left. We won't...

We have been coming here for a while but the quality of food and service has gone downhill consistently. You can tell management is being cheap. The other reviews are right that there is barely meat in the burritos now, soda comes in a room temperature can, no refills and not even poured into a glass of ice for you, etc

On our last visit, there was a waiter who I have to assume was blazed out of his mind. In the middle of a 90 degree day we had to ask for water when we first sat down 3 times. The table next to us literally grabbed their own silverware and refilled their own water from the jug because he was hanging out inside talking instead of coming by. After taking our order, he only came by once and asked if everything was okay when our water glasses were completely empty, he didn't offer to fill it or do anything that should be obvious to waitstaff. I felt bad for the waitress because she was doing her job well and I figure by the fact that she was remembering this guy's tables in addition to her own that they share tips. He mixed up another table's orders with ours and she saved his ass. With service like this, how do you expect...
