We really used to love this place. I paid $27 for 2- 8pc wings after tax. The website says $10 but the board in the restaurant says 12. They should really get the website to reflect the actual prices so it doesnt seem like they're luring you in to suprise you with a total that's $6 higher than you expected. I dont mind paying a higher price, but I dont like surprises when it comes to the money I, just like them, work hard for. Last time they gave us 5 wings instead of 8 and never corrected it, even tho they said they would. Then, before that, we ordered a steak n bacon pizza and got chicken n bacon. There's no reason for me to drive 40min anymore, they have truly fallen off. They customer service is great and the food isn't bad when you get the right thing. Tonight's pizza was overloaded with cheese which drowned out all the other flavors, and the crust was paper thin and soggy. Not sure if they stretched a small serving of dough into a medium size pizza or exactly what actually happened. Virtually no sauce was seen or tasted. Maybe they have another new cook? Anyway, now l know why my B-i-L has nicknamed this place "Hit or Miss Pizza". Will go back again, hoping for...
Read moreI used to love village's pizza because of the sauce and now the sauce doesn't taste the way it used to and I really miss that amazing flavor and the sauce like pouring out of my mouth :( the grinders and fries are good when you eat there but never from delivery... its a shame that this place is still so good yet so bad at the same time. you NEVER should have changed your sauce/pizza. I live in town and most of the time I settle with Papa's which is no better but I just wish you guys would go back to the old yummy way... oh well I still gave you 4 stars because some of your workers...
