I am very sad to write this review. Biagios has the best doughnuts hands down. I ordered three dozen doughnuts for a School function. Many of my co-workers are Biagios fans. I called a day and a half ahead of time in the morning and arranged for pickup around 5pm. The employee taking my order was wonderful. My husband arrived at 4:55 and was told the order was not ready. Three employees proceeded to throw doughnuts into boxes and threw them on the counter. My husband asked if the order was correct and only got eye rolling. He went home and called me because he wanted to know what the order was supposed to be. When I told him, he said it was all wrong. He called and had to go back to get the correct order. We live in Mentor and you are in Eastlake. When I got home last night and saw the doughnuts for my event I almost cried. All of the doughnuts were stuck together and squeezed into boxes. I had to pull them apart. I ordered one dozen of assorted filled doughuts. Almost all of them were filled with jelly. I am sure we were given all the doughnuts that were not purchased throughout the day. I am attaching pictures of a few. No one at work could believe I got the doughnuts from Biagios. They all said we have never seen them like this. I did not have time to purchase more doughnuts. I love the doughnuts but do not believe I will support your business. Your daytime crew is very friendly and courteous. The night time crew on Thursday evening, October 24th, was the worst I have ever had to deal with. If I did not need the doughnuts for my event, I would have returned them and asked for my money back. A lot of people that were at my event are not sure about going back either. I hope things change in the evenings. My husband saw three other people treated as rude as he was treated. Its sad because your doughnuts are truly the best. That is why I gave you two stars. Customer service in the evening needs definite re-training. October 25, 2019

Biagio's Donut Shop & Pizzeria is an absolute must stop for anyone in the Eastlake OH area or anyone driving up highway 90 looking for quite possibly the best donuts on earth. This no frills shop offers a great selection of Paczki's which are essentially large format donuts filled with a variety of jelly's, jams, custards and creams coated with powdered sugar. They are dense but delicious, fresh and oh so tasty. One Paczki probably accounts for anyone's daily caloric quota but don't let that stop you with just one. The donuts are amazing and offer a slightly lighter dare I say smaller serving, but still are packed with amazing tastes, jams and of course a little powdered sugar on top. The apple fritters are fantastic with big heaping gooey centers. The coffee is fresh, the service is great and although they only take cash, it's worth the run to drain the ATM so you can fill up on these awesome Donuts and Paczkis. I did not return to enjoy their pizza, but if the dough is anywhere close to what they use for the Donuts - I'm sure it's amazing!

It sucks when you expect a business to be consistent. I just found out they sold pizza. The first one I got was delicious and cheesy. I returned for a second time to a burnt pizza. You would expect a business to want to only push out the best products but no, they chose the cheap way, sell the burnt pizza and let the customer discover their dreams have been shattered once they've gotten home washed their hands and gotten ready to eat an amazing slice only to be met by a dry burnt pizza.......I was highly disappointed. A customer shouldn't have to call and make you aware that the pizza is burnt, you saw it when you put it in the box! They've lost my patronage with this one.....just because it's cheap doesn't give you the right to give us the bare minimum. It's still hard earned money being spent.

Worse customer service I've ever had in the past 2 weeks of coming there out of the 40 plus years of being a customer. The first experience I had, was when it was my turn in line and the little old lady with a tattoo on her arm, just walked away from me, when I asked the other girl working there where she went, she said she left. So I tell the girl how bad that is for customer service, she had nothing to say. She saw that I was pretty upset after finally getting waited on. So she probably went and told the rest of her coworkers including the little old lady because the next time I came in there the same thing happened with a nother worker. Then I came in today and the little old lady with the tattoo on her arm was the only one behind the counter with 2 people in the place, and of course she totally ignored me until I asked her in a very pleasant manner if I could get some donuts, and she just looks at me, and comments to me in a very unprofessional and condensing way. Out of my 40 plus years of being a customer at Biagios I was never treated like that. That being said, I will never step foot inside there again. I'll go to Walmart or Giant...

I came here on October 26th,2023 at around 7 something pm. First of all, let me tell you how disgusted I was at the way the 2 young girls were treating the couple in there, specially the shorter blonde girl. My gosh I really wanted to put her in place so bad. I called for a pizza order (onions and cheese) and there was no onion at all, the pizza was no on time at all, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes and it was absolutely disgusting and super burn. I heard great things about this place * in the past* but lately I've been hearing and seeing horrible things not only about their doughnuts and pizza but also the service. I work in a big business. I'll make sure I let everyone know not to even think about coming here.

I'll try to leave the picture of the disgusting pizza here with no onion what so ever. Also... larga pizza?! This garbage was the size of a personal pizza.

P.s.I passed by today on my way home and they were closed. It is true what other people on here says. It hasn't been the same and they close randomly on a normal day and it says "open" on the internet. Just close this stupid...
