Tye Dye Sky — Local services in Willoughby

I usually stop in a few times a month to pick up some incense, but each time I come in the service gets crappier. This time was the LAST time I will be shopping here for multiple reasons. First, whoever was suppose to be opening up the store was at least 10 minutes late. I had to stand out in the rain for about 3 minutes while the opener lunged out his car window to tell me that he will be opening the store soon. Not the best start. While I’m looking at the variety of scents, I over heard the opener arguing with another employee on the phone, saying that “you better hope I find that key or else.” ..okay. Next, I had accidentally forgotten exactly how many incense sticks that I had as soon as I stepped up to the register. I told them that I had at least 30, but, just to be safe, I said that there was 40 at most. The same person who was arguing on the phone snapped their head around and said in the snarkiest voice that “Next time you want to get them you have to count them.” Obviously, this man was upset that there was a 10 stick difference in my estimate. Honestly, if it was really that big of a deal I would have stepped out of line to count them again, but instead I get a snappy employee who is taking their frustartion out on everything else. I have been going here for Years. I have a medical condition were I can not wear a mask. They refused my business even though I had a Doctors Note stating I am exempt due to a medical condition It is hazardous to my health.

The lady behind the counter embarrassed me in front of store full of people telling me that if I had a medical condition then I should not be in that store because of the smoke smells. Even though she had no idea of my medical condition. I have been harassed and treated like I was scum of the earth. I will never go there again I will buy the same products from amazon . I'm not sure why I did not write a review sooner. I'm. I've been attending this smoke shop for the last 7 years since I moved up from Miami. They are the only people I go to not only because they have great products and great people behind the counter but because they really do their research in the stuff that they purchase. It's always a warm welcome when coming into the shop. Everybody's always there to make you feel comfortable and make sure that you get what you need before you walk out the door..
