On 8/23/25 my mother visited this location. She needed a wiper blade for her back window. There was a young man (who doesn’t even have a drivers license) who waited on her who clearly was not qualified to change wiper blades. He tried but then came back to say he wasn’t able to change her wiper blade. She was told that the manager was at lunch but when he came back he would be able to change it for her. She waited for a half hour and then the manager returned and changed her wiper blade. She left and drove home. When she was taking her walker out of the trunk, she noticed that her nut cap was missing. She returned to Auto Zone the following Monday and spoke to the manager. The manager said that they don’t carry nut caps but that she could order this piece on Amazon or call the district manager, Jessica. She tried repeatedly to get in contact with Jessica, leaving very detailed messages about the nature of her concern. Jessica did not bother to return any her calls. My mother is elderly and not technologically savvy and does not have an Amazon account. She was told to bring her Amazon receipt and they would reimburse her. I ended up ordering the nut cap for her. There is no physical receipt, just verification on my cell phone. This has not been an easy journey for my mother as she medically fragile. I am beyond disappointed and angry with this situation. I could not in good conscience recommend anybody use Auto Zone for any reason. There are many competitors that provide the same type of products and services - use them, NOT Auto Zone. I believe having given Auto Zone 3 WEEKS to make this situation right was plenty of time. They clearly do not value their customers. Read moreBroke down one night and almost did not make it to the AutoZone on my rout. Yet with gods protection and me and my ladies prayers we arrived at autozone 15 minutes to closing time, and it was all about a alternator that we broke down for. We pulled in and they sold me the right part and also offers me a machanics cart full of tools. To fix my issue on the spot. After I installed the alternator i went over the 15 minutes till closing and yet they did not seem upset but instead incuragable and helpful.. I was able to complete the install and ran over only 5 minutes from the Punching out time . I was so impressed with the attitudes and so grateful for there help, my goodness I was and I am still thinking about that today. And will say that I love AutoZone for what they did for my lady and I we were so far from home in Hudson Ohio heading for Fairport harbor lake county. And they saved our night for sure . They even told me I should work for nascar as I was able to install that alternator in about 20 minutes in a grand marquis 2001. I am very happy with that site in Hudson Ohio. Thank...

Customer service immaculate. chefs kiss I was being told my an auto shop I needed to pay $800 for a battery replacement . I visited to buy a battery but first they insisted they looked into the issue further to ensure this would resolve my concern, they gave me good quality advice rather than try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and desperation to have my car fixed. In the end they assisted with changing my key fob batteries for $14 which resolved the issue. Shout out to Tim and the wonderful lady with the beautiful black hair and rocking nails that I cannot remember her name (so sorry!) Yall are awesome.
