Good help is hard to find I guess.. The heavy set guy behind the counter wanted to argue with me stating that I was obligated to show my ID in order to use my credit card.. I know this is not true.. The purchase was less than $15.... I smelled racism...had planned on spending $200-250 but after that unnecessary and unexpected exchange I took my money where I was treated with the respect and dignity I am entitled to....So Now 12/05/2018 I received a reply from the "business" stating it has been their policy to require ID for the last ten years! I guess they don't know that they are admitting to breaking the agreement with Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover...SMH
Both Visa and MasterCard prohibit merchants from requiring customer ID as a condition for accepting their credit or debit cards. All you need is a signed card, and of course the signatures must match.
American Express says it doesn't ban merchants from requiring customer ID, though it discourages the practice. But it does ban merchants from treating Amex holders differently than any other cardholder. Discover told us that merchants are free to request ID if they want to.
If you're a Visa cardholder and a merchant presses you for an ID, Visa says you should notify your card issuer. In the case of Amex, notify American Express directly. MasterCard customers should report the violation by visiting the company's merchant...

Read moreThe dude that was working was awesome!! Great glass selection, great accessories, decent music. You might get a little overwhelmed by the incense display right when you walk in, but once you're into the store the smell dissipates and the atmosphere is mellow and pleasant. I spent probably 40 minutes in there just wandering, chatting with the staff and looking at all the cool stuff!! PS: the entrance is in the back of the building. Google maps is very hit or miss on getting you there...
