This review specifically relates to pandemic practices, more than the food.
This is a Baskin Robbins / Dunkin' Donuts joint location. New in town, it seemed like a good stop to get a treat for everyone.
The lobby is open for a while in the morning, but it's drive-through only for the rest of the day. This would be okay, except for their particular food offerings, and menu style.
There are neither pictures, nor even name listings, for the ice cream or donut flavors being offered. The employee, trying to help, said, "What kind of thing do you feel like?"
Sometimes I go for ice cream with a specific craving, but more often I walk down the counter, reading names, seeing what strikes my fancy. Same with donuts. Others in the car agreed.
I do understand that it would be difficult to place and update such a list at the drive-through window, which is better used for simple coffee orders... But when I don't have the OPTION to go inside, I believe it's necessary.
Food was good, as always, but I left feeling lile I might have missed out on something...
