Iām leaving a review for this staples in Easton, cause it was not long ago, it was not my favorite place to visit, but until recently I had a Dilemma, my mother past away and I was the only person to do all the arrangements. I met Jay Miller who knew exactly what I needed, although I was not exactly right cause the situation was so sudden, I needed to have the program with pictures and the the story of my mother life . Mr. Miller jumped right in to help me, as well as deal with his co workers ( multi tasking) and even help me get Large picture of my mother to sit by her cremation urn for all to pay there respect. Although this took place back in June , I was consumed with life and had forgotten to leave a review. I wish more young ppl today is as responsible and helpful, Genuinely ,and not because itās a 9-5 Again I had the opportunity to meet with jay again on a project for my father in law , with his tech ready skills he was able to help me get a photo of my phone to his printer. He even helped my father in law who is 82 yrs old , he is patient, educated and professional , this makes staple a place to go visit I wish him all the best we are greatly appreciated of Jay...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEaston Staples- Service is seriously lacking. You can't get help, no one will make eye contact with you as they do not want to help. It happens almost every time and tonight's experience was that we stood in line for 20 minutes while the person behind the counter ignored customers as she was preparing (I guess) a print order. Once done then she put her attention on the 6+ people in line. I had an Amazon return. She said we moved that to tech support (from shipping counter). So I then had to wait there. If there was appropriate signage, and employees who would acknowledge customers and check in with them it wouldn't be so difficult. Result - I returned my Amazon order and will go elsewhere with the $200 plus list I had that I was going to shop for tonight.

My biggest issue was with the tech department. I took my laptop In because it was very slow and was pretty much unusable. Paid $200 for services and an antivirus program. Turned my computer on two weeks later, to do a college assignment and no changes. Called and was told it was most likely my home router. Come to find out after taking it to a local computer guy; the driver was bad and I needed a new part. Iām out hundreds of dollars after their mistake. Just avoid them go to a local computer company. Next, the printing department is no help. Everything is self service. Went up to ask for assistance and was turned back to use the self service. I know for a fact because I worked there, that they could turn my card into a printed copy with one button; and for a lot less then the $10.00 for the self service. Just no help. Will not return...
