Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Easton

I have been ordering from Joe's since I was a baby in my mom's womb(20 years) but recently had a negative experience. I ordered a pizza for delivery and this was the result. Usually we love the pizza. We called back for remake or refund and I was asked to take a picture and send it to him. No response so I called back asking what he was gonna do. He had the audacity to tell me "it's not that bad , half off next time" . I said "no, it is that bad cause we're not going to eat it. I don't want your remake because you've given me a tough time I'd just like my refund back please." He said he would refund it but we'll see. For now have to find a new favorite spot! This was ridiculous. To mess up a pizza and not offer any compensation is stingy to say the least. Sad to say, won't be regulars here anymore. Not because of the taste the pizza left in my mouth, but by the way my situation wasn't dealt with with any actual care towards appeasing...

My family and I are new to Easton and wanted to try a new pizza place. We heard some good things about Joe’s pizza. We went in on a Thursday evening at 5:30 (peak hours). There was only one customer waiting for take-out. When we walked in no one greeted us in any way. In fact, they made eye contact and went about their business. My husband spoke up to say hello and still no response from the guy at the counter. We took it upon ourselves to find a seat. No one spoke up to tell us that we needed to order at the counter and there were no “seat-yourself” signs. I am huge on customer service, and receiving such poor customer service in such a short period of time made us leave before ordering. New to Easton, heard about this place and tried it. Didn’t mind that they didn’t deliver to my address although 5 minutes away. I drove there to pick it up, After placing the order online. My order wasn’t even started when I got there 20 minutes after I ordered, and they had to search for my order . I ordered two large orders of wings, fried Dough, and a large pizza with mushroom and pepperoni . I return home to cold pizza with no toppings, after a five minute drive. Never mind I spent over $40, when I called I was told nothing they can do but apologize and will take my name for next time.
