Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Eastover

Went to fox pizza on Saturday 02/25/2017. Ordered the big daddy and got the two liter drink and two cups of ice. Opened up the drink & poured some in our cups and it was flat and my daughter saw some white particles floating at the bottom and I haven't left fox pizza yet so I went to get another drink. I told the cashier about the soda and she told the manager and he said I couldn't get another drink so i told her i want to talk to him. He finally came from the back and took the drink and tightened the cap and shook it up and it fizzed and said there is nothing wrong with this drink and i do this every time I come in here and I am trying to take advantage and get free stuff. I said wait a minute you got me mixed up with somebody else this is like my third time coming here. I told him i didn't appreciate him accusing me of trying to get free stuff. People were staring I am highly upset at this point I even stopped talking and just stared at him. This could of been handled better, he went off on me . All black people don't look alike and you need some schooling in customer service! I came into this business on 8-16-21 at 5:05PM. I made an order for 12 lemon pepper chicken wings and a big daddy deluxe pizza. I asked for no sausage , add banana peppers, and only put veggies on one side of pizza. Pizza came with veggies all over and no banana peppers. I asked them to remake my pizza. The cashier had taken my order correctly. I watched him talk to the cook about the order. I could tell the cook was frustrated and and angry by his body language to the cashier. My second pizza came out with veggies all over and banana peppers on one side. By now I've been here for over an hour. Frustrated I took my order and left. Not once did a manager come out and try to make my order correct. I have picture of pizza and recipe. Google will not let me add pictures of recipe and pizza. I still tipped the cashier $5.00 because he was polite and did take my order correctly. Once home home my children and wife would not eat the pizza even though I picked the veggies off for them. I ended up throwing 3/4 of the pizza away. I understand mistakes happen but I felt as if the cook didn't care. This is my reason for not trying to get a third pizza. I will try them again but it...

Fox's used to be good. But over the past year they have gotten worse with each dining experience. Recently, we placed an order at 6:10 pm and were told 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 min before it would be delivered. I said that was fine. At 7:30 pm I called because we hadn't received our order. An employee told us it was on its way and would be there any moment. At 8:00 we called back and asked to speak with the manager since our order was now 50-60 min late. He just said they had been busy and it was still on its way. My husband asked what was going to happen if it wasn't here soon and he told him he could offer us 20% off our next order! Yet, we still hadn't received our current order. At 8:15 pm, 2 hours after we had placed the order and 1 hour late the delivery man showed up and then asked for payment of the pizza. We had already paid over the phone! We had had enough and just refused the food and called back and asked for a refund. If you are that behind on orders and delivery you shouldn't take any more future orders or at least be upfront and say it's going to be...
