I’ve lived off of 10 Mile Road for years. I’m sorry that I have missed this coffee shop for the past 13 years it has been there.
This morning, I was craving a cappuccino and found this cafe on Google maps. Decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did.
As I was walking in, I was greeted by a young man (late teens, early twenties???) working behind the counter. First impression was the shop is very quaint with dark wood. A few ladies were sitting at a table towards the front and a table of several men, speaking in their native tongue, sitting at a large table near the back. It gave me a European feeling. 😁
I ordered a medium cappuccino and a medium house blend coffee. The medium cappuccino was very good, but I’m picky and tend to like mine a tad bit stronger. The medium house blend was made as a poor over coffee-which is fine by me. Note-the medium size is quite large and was a VERY reasonable price. The young man even offered a free sample cookie of the imported goods that they sell there. ☕️
They did have muffins, baklava and other items to eat. A sign on the front window said they have sandwiches and ice cream, but I did not inquire about them.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this cafe and I am definitely planning to return. 👍🏻
A few after thoughts- -free Wi-Fi -a large tv -a fireplace -table and chairs set up outside -a couple sets of grocery shelves set up with import, retail items -plenty of seats at tables with chairs -counter with stools to work at while drinking coffee -ample parking -conveniently located just off the freeway

Read moreO'Boy I've been to a lot of coffee shops to get iced coffees lately and they have truly disappointed me. Most of these coffee shops over charge for weak , diluted unflavorful coffee experience. I keep trying with them too and that's the bad part...I just need to Stop. but when I came here I was a lil apprehensive But the owner perhaps, knew EXACTLY what I was going for and made my iced coffee too perfection SERIOUSLY!! I don't know if That's how he consistently makes his coffee but he knocked it out the park for me this day! He literally made it with Love, it was creamy, the coffee wasn't weak although I added expresso..it didn't have that burnt sour taste like most of the new coffee shops serve..it was well blended with just enough sweetness just how I like it... it just goes to show there is hundreds of coffee shops but only a few are true gems and when this happens you Must Give them...
Read moreOkay, wow. This place is fantastic! To be honest, I wasn't expecting much since coffeeshops in strip malls often disappoint, but this is a very sweet little gem tucked in here.
The interior has all these beautiful painted murals and some comfy seats, and even has a little selection of coffees, teas, cups, and cookies to take home. The TV was playing jeopardy, which beats out the news any day! It also looks like the roast their own coffee, so I imagine this place smells marvelous when that is underway. I felt like I had, perhaps, stepped into a little nook in Europe to grab a drink.
Their menu is pretty comprehensive, and the gentleman that took my order seemed very knowledgeable. I ordered a lavender latte and my goodness, it was a delight! I'm pretty sure any lavender latte will have to compare to this one in the future.
I will...
