Tried El David’s for the first, and last, time today. Got the “Belgian Waffle,” which was almost just raw batter and looked exactly like an Eggo (but gross), severely overlooked eggs, and bacon. The bacon and coffee were ok, I took one bite of the waffle and eggs and was done.

I believe they nailed the American breakfast quite well. The breakfast Quesadilla was good as well, but I feel the spices were played down. (Perhaps to cater to a specific customer base) The chips were wonderful, but the salsa was similarly played down in the spice department. I believe they are capable of making really good Mexican food, but don't want to scare the customer base away. Perhaps giving a full spice/spices and less spice/spices option would...
