I LOVE scooters coffee. Unfortunately I have had nothing but bad experiences with the customer service, and or my drinks always being made incorrectly. When I come through the drive thru to order I am asked to repeat my order over and over. So I started ordering through the app thinking this would be easier, this way they can read what I’ve ordered without messing up my drinks. Today for the 5th time my ICED FLAVORED LATTE w/cold foam was made with no flavoring. When I called to complain I was met with a teenage girl who had zero inclination to fix the situation, instead she argued with me implying that I’ve incorrectly ordered my drink. When I order an iced flavored latte and select the flavoring I want, you’d think this would be a pretty simple order to fulfill. Instead she argued with me telling me that on their end the order comes through as the latte having flavored milk, still no offer to fix the situation, continued to argue with me and was extremely rude when I asked to be contacted by either the manager or owner. She even eventually hung up on me. I want to also add that she was extremely rude when I asked her to take back the drinks she tried to hand me that were COVERED and dripping in coffee. Scooter’s Coffee in Eaton, Colorado, is an absolute gem! 🏆 Located in a super convenient spot, it’s the perfect stop for a quick pick-me-up. My friend and I swung by before an early outing last weekend, and we were so happy we did! ☕️ From smooth black coffee to perfectly crafted lattes, they’ve got something for everyone. 🙌 All three of us tried different drinks, and not a single sip disappointed! 🧋

But the magic doesn’t stop at the drinks! Their food menu is surprisingly tasty for such a cozy spot. 😋 The Everything Bagel Sandwich and Waffle Breakfast Sandwich are absolute must-tries! 🥯🥪

Pro tip: Ask the baristas for their secret add-ons—you’re guaranteed to try something fun and unique you might not have thought of, and you definitely won’t regret it. 🍀 The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and this place has quickly become a favorite stop. Can’t wait...

It’s unfortunate that the Greeley location was shut down. Since then, we’ve made the commute to either Ault or Loveland. However, after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Ault location and will gladly drive to Loveland instead.

We were the only customers in the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker, as intended. Despite this, on 9/9/2025, the employee working allowed a woman with her son to walk up to the window, place a very large order of coffees and food, and then wait there until everything was completed—before our order was even processed.

Having worked in fast food myself, I understand busy or unexpected situations, but I would never have allowed someone to bypass the proper order process at the expense of a paying drive-thru customer. This was absolutely unacceptable and resulted in an overall very poor experience at this location. Truly...
