Inaho Japanese Steak & Sushi — Restaurant in Eatonton

I’m very disappointed and will not order anything from here again. The food is usually descent and the yum yum sauce is great. As always I ordered 2 kids chicken hibachi with extra yum yum sauce for my boyfriend and I . I came home open my box poured two containers of yum yum sauce over my meal and mixed it all together as usual. I took the first bite and it was super spicy (I don’t eat spicy food). It was the yum yum sauce. I called the restaurant and let them know what happened. I was told it was a new recipe and it will be like this from now on. I replied ,”spicy”? I was told there was a spicy batch but it was all pulled and corrected so mine shouldn’t be spicy. I advised that it was spicy some must have been missed. I asked if I could get a credit for anther meal and she said I will let you speak with a manager. The manager told me he could give me more yum yum sauce, because that was the only thing wrong with my order. I advised the spicy yum yum sauce had ruined my whole meal and I’d like credited for another meal. He advised all he could do was give me a free appetizer. The manger/owner over talked me the while time. I gave him a chance to fix it because I understand things happen but he’d rather get this google review rather than just...

i just love sushi and sashime . i go to this city and sleep over 3 to 4 nights per week. This is only Japanese place there is. I'm not going back anymore. I tried over and over for them to improve on portion. Well Chinese people runs Jap. restaurant and doesn't know very basic food concept. $21.95 od sashime platter was joke. Variety is there but portion is so small that you don't get no fish. Just 10 slice of so thin fish that i need to have 5 order to satisfy my dinner. I live in Atlanta and i go Haru ichiban all the time. Matter of fact I went today for lunch special 0f $17.95 platter of sashime. It was good and fresh and good portion. 3/4 inch thick of tuna and hamachi & squid.all good. if you get rolls and other stuff ,it might be ok. But if you gonna get real Jap. food like sushi or sashime you might as well donate your money to salvation army bucket and just boil the ramen noodle at home for your meal. Look for elsewhere for Jap. food. I'm not going back anymore. Waiter agreed with me for my complaint.He agreed that their portions are way too small for anyone who knows...

Ok I never do this. Especially to restaurants in my own town that we desperately need. However, I’ve been eating here for years and tonight was my last time. $37 for my hibachi dinner, which is fine!! I know it’s expensive but it our only Japanese outside of the gates.. buttttt They took away to soup and salad!! On a $37 dinner??? For one person?? Which lets be honest its literally a cup of water and a few pcs of lettuce. I’m usually the first person to defend our local restaurants but thats ridiculous. I’ll just go have sushi at Richland point and have 100x better food at the same price if not cheaper to be honest!! Good luck to y’all. Should would be nice to have some competition for them soon!
