Not sure how this place has such a high rating.. everytime my friends drag me into this place for pool and food. The bartenders are always rude. Ask to order food, they get all short with you. When we call in orders to go it's always a new policy on days or times they'll do it. And when they do, do it . You go to pick it up and it's no thank you or anything. Ask for ranch etc on the side, they act as you're asking them to do something horrible. They seem decent to people who sit in there and drink their money up all day long. But, to people who want to order food or just have a place to get together with friends and play some pool n have a drink or a soda and some food to go or in store it's nothing but rudeness. How you going to have a business with food and drinks if you're going to turn away service and be all rude? Don't even want to tip the bartenders but I do, I feel bad if I don't. But, I won't be coming back here. Go back to school where you learn what great customer service is, cause...

Just tried to get some food with my mom. One bartender approached us and the first thing she said was "what do you want." When we asked for a menu, she said "well it's gonna be a while." We politely told her that's fine and we are okay with waiting. She proceeded to say "you see everybody in here? They all want food." We had no idea what to say to that, so again we asked for a menu. The bartender then proceeded to ask me for my ID. I said I'm 20, but I'm only planning on ordering food. Neither of us were ordering alcohol. She told us you must be 21 to be in the bar and she's the manager. She also served us two weeks ago when we had a seventeen year old with, so this is clearly untrue. We were super polite and did not deserve the horrible service we received. This business unfortunately needs much better staff. The food is top tier, but the service is some of the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Never have I ever had such a rude...

The mornings are my favorite overall. Its quiet, its chill, the tvs got good stuff on, the food is worth giving a try. The bartenders are friendly (and less busy generally). They have a few dart machines and a few slots machines (that actually pay), and I entertain myself with a little hidden gem (nope, my secret). If you prefer loud, packed and bumpin, the night atmosphere will suit you. Loud, good music, lots of random friendly people. The bartenders at night don't ignore you, and I've only had one bad situation with a bartenders attitude. The pool tables are separated from the masses so you can confidently play a solid game or two with yourself or a friend. And again, the food is worth giving a try.
