This is no way to run a business! I have ordered online from here all summer long no problems. I ordered dinner for my family from the app like I always do. Ordered paid for it and than got a call from a female worker that has no business working w the public. She tells me we don't deliver to your area! Um did I order from the wrong location she said um I don't think anyone delivers there. I said can u transfer my order to the other store if they deliver to me? She says "hold on" and than click. For real. She hung up on me. Never called me back! Never appoligised for the app not being updated and it letting me order!!! Never offered to still make it and I pick it up. Nothing. This is no way to treat people. Um I got news for you chic we the people pay your check. With out customers you have no job. Treat people better. I will not return to this business ever again. It starts at the top with management. Bad management equal a poorly ran store. Just as a FYI I live with in City limits. I'm still in town. Read moreOn a late night order, my medium pizza dough was raw. Sent an email to dominos and recieved a free gift certificate, honestly wasn't a big deal. Ordered a week later, redeemed a points free pizza and got a medium, stating that I had a gift certificate I intended to pay for the second pizza with. When the delivery boy showed up he told me that my total was $14 and some change, and I presented him the gift certificate which clearly stated present at delivery for a free medium pizza, but he did not seem to understand the concept of a gift certificate so he took the certificate and still insisted that I owed $14.17. He even went so far as to call the store to get some kind of confirmation and they also didn't understand the concept of a gift certificate. After almost 8 minutes of trying to explain the situation, I gave up and made the payment over the phone with my credit card, which I had to repeat the number upwards of seven times for the man to understand what numbers I was saying. Last night was a new low. Not only did they deliver to the wrong building, but they LEFT IT ON THE FLOOR OF THE MAIL CUBBY IN THE ENTRY WAY!!! yes you read that right - on the floor... in the entryway...
This is the main door where the more than 200 people and dogs track anything in daily. And then the driver wouldn't pick up the phone after the first time asking what door to use.
Today, I spent 20 minutes trying to find an email for the store... never did regardless of even trying to contact customer service and still not getting through after their lovely customer service computer program gave me 25 prompts for more information... We did call when we found our pizzas after a hunch to look in the other building. They offered us $5 store credit.
I guess Little Caesars will be our new go to place.... rather drive 10 mins than put up with this...
