Burger King — Restaurant in Eden

The guy at the drive through and the manager were extremely rude and unfriendly. They were not busy inside or in the drive through line, the exact opposite. They made me feel like I was bothering them by giving them my business. No hellos, no thank you's, nothing. The manager did ask if I wanted condiments before he shoved the bag with the wrong order into my hands and slammed the window shut. The fries were decent, the whopper was average, but they gave me regular hamburgers instead of the double hamburgers I ordered and paid for. On a positive note I didn't have to wait long for them to give me what they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered. I didn't notice my order was wrong until I arrived home and the staff was so rude it's not worth it to me to drive back across town to try and get it corrected. And honestly the two men that I encountered were so mad at the world that I wouldn't trust them to not spit in our food if they had to correct it. They were that unfriendly! I rather just take it as a lesson learned and never go to that location again. I'll just drive to Reidsville where the foods better, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff have always been friendly...

We come here for the Impossible Whoppers, and we get coupons in the mail, so we use those since Impossible Whoppers aren’t exactly cheap. However, we have had many bad experiences at this location. It’s fast food, so I don’t really expect much, but enough is enough. Orders are always incorrect, and most importantly the staff is ABHORRENTLY RUDE. They don’t listen, and blame you for them getting your order wrong, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. If you hand them a coupon for a meal, and order the meal, you will not actually get the meal. If you check your order, and it’s wrong, be prepared for them to tell you it’s your fault and still not get it right. Oh, and by the way, this is after you have been waiting 30 MINUTES with only 2 cars in the drive through. Now I know why it’s called the Impossible Whopper. It’s Impossible for them to get anything right! Luckily, I will never come back here. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. P.S. The coffee machine is always...

Really no star.. went last night around 1030 waited in drive thru 5mins no one said anything went to window knocked once again they didn't come til 15mins later to tell me they were closed now if the outside lights and sign would have been off would not have went but the lights was on. So I went to Wendy's got my food and went home and enjoyed my food. Probably won't go back for a few years if I every go back they were rude and they could have told me sooner they were closed and been nicer about it it took me 20 mins for them to tell me anything and again all lights were on only ones off was for dine in but with the pandemic going on I wouldn't have the dine in lights on either not making excuses for that.
