Cook Out — Restaurant in Eden

This is Monday August-3-2020 @ 4:30 and that I am finally deciding to give a review of my last visit to the Eden cookout location. This particular visit happened on Friday, July-31-2020 & my little family and I went thru drive thru the isle closest to the building, while waiting in line for 10 mins we finally get to the order screen and box, and they said "thanks for choosing cookout can you wait a minute." Okay so no big deal, gives me a little more time to decide for sure what my lil family wants. After 7 minutes of waiting we hear " you can place your order whenever you are ready" so i said thank you and proceeded to place our order which consisted of 1 chicken quesadilla (which was dried out chicken, very very little sauce and cheese & the tortilla was stale), 2 beef quesadillas (both in which has very little beef and cheese, no sauce/or couldn't taste a bit of sauce, just tasted plain dry and both tortillas was stale. Also ordered a order of hush puppies ( only 9 hush puppies was in the bag, that's not right, past experiences we've gotten 10,12,&15 hush puppies, in a single order). We also ordered 2 banana pudding milkshakes with extra wafers (well there was absolutely NO extra wafers, & each milkshake had a whole 1/2 a banana in it , not cut up, just a whole half of the banana) smh. Also ordered a BBQ plate comes with slaw, French fries,& hush puppies along with a decent scoop of the BBQ. (Well the BBQ was the littlest scoop I've ever seen and very extremely dried out, French fries was cold and hard, only had 3 hush puppies that was as hard as a rock) so the complete order was wrong, cold, dry, stale, or messed up and also ordered a huge sweet tea. Needless to say, the tea was unsweet (not a drop of sugar in it) and lil ice that the hot, unsweetened tea had done melted. So I tried to Google the Eden cookout location phone number with no luck. So here is all I know how to get my complaints across. Id love to hear back from someone, a higher upper thru cookout. So I am hoping that you all will reach out to me. I'm a huge cookout fanatic and I frequent the one near my house quite often but this was by far the worst one I have EVER been to. I was visiting this location after visiting family nearby and if it smokes crack and tweaks then more than likely this establishment will hire it. Me and my wife ordered two milkshakes from the window you walk up to and while we were standing there one of the employee's coming in has a cigarette lit in her hand and proceeds right on inside with cigarette still in hand through the door without putting out the cigarette so that way the cigarette smoke can travel through the small building and get all over the food that you and everyone else is ordering so not only can you get a chicken sandwich from here but you can get a side of cancer to go with it completely free. I was so disgusted I said something to another employee about it and she copped an attitude towards me and my wife. Instead of dealing with those dipwads anymore and asking for a manager I just got in my car and called corporate headquarters and reported the entire store to the area manager. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND this place to anybody. Spend your money elsewhere because I wouldn't trust this place...

My favorite place to eat just went under water. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. I feel employees and manager is under trained. I prefer to pay the extra $3 to eat at competitor places. 4xs in a row they mess up my order.. even when I told the cashier that my 2nd/3rd order been messed up and requested to check it, they didn't. Some customers are a trucker and have to grab and go. Ain't got time to check orders. Imma trucker, I spend almost $7 on all my orders: big double (mayo, bacon, cheese, and grilled onions) tray with double fries, and cheerwine with Naw ice. I get 1 beef, naw cheese (or 1 slice on 1 order), bacon (1 slice), cheerwine with ice, and enough fries to fit in a paper McDonald's small fries pack. I throw out some of it cuz it not what I order. This place a disgrace and I'm surprised the owner/ceo allow this unprofessional, under trained location still be in operation. I will not return here and put my used to be favorite place to eat from top of my list to my 9th outta 10 place to eat. They ain't care? They ain't need my business or...
