Hardee’s — Restaurant in Eden

First of all, we eat here 2-3 times a week. Usually have no problems. Tonight my husband ordered some onion rings with his low carb chicken sandwich. They were cold. As he was getting up, he dropped 2 of them on the floor. No biggie, because there usually make him another order of HOT onion rings, so he picked them up and put them in with cold onion rings. He takes them back and the cashier was happy to get him a hot order. 2 minutes later, more onion rings come out. After my husband took a bite, not only were they barely hot...they were SUPER greasy, because she took the cold order, re dipped them in the deep fryer, dirty ones and all, and served them to him. Im sorry, but this is UNACCEPTABLE!! The manager argued with my husband saying SHE had just made them fresh, AFTER the cashier admitted to re cooking them! She only offered to make him more. He said no, not until that deep fryer oil is changed. Then she said that they were "already working on that". But, they were NOT changing the oil. They were STILL cooking food in it when we left. Im sorry, but if I could give a NEGATIVE RATING, I would. But we will NEVER be back!!! EVER!! Thats so disgusting!! And their corperate office has been notified! 2 days ago, they were open and had NO WATER! How could they wash their hands OR the dishes?!...

Pictured is the $4.27 shake they had the audacity to bring out to my car yesterday, with a Cookout right across the rd lol. Both of the Friscos were missing the called for second slice of Swiss & had green tomatoes on them, but I didn't bother taking a pic of that cos the "buttered, toasted sourdough bread" on my BF's Frisco (mine was low carb) tells you enough about the quality of food going out the door.

I got a refund on the shake but should have checked the food before I left & just refunded the whole order, there's way too much competition & variety nearby with better prices too, than to get food here.

Mr. Loius "By The Books", I guess the shift lead last night, was incredibly obstinate & lacks the necessary skills to effectively lead a shift. Food is meant to be prepared as if you were to eat, and pay for it yourself. Clearly not happening at this location.

The young kids working there were pleasant enough, though. Get them a better leader. I noticed other reviewers had a much better experience coming earlier in the day, than I did. Must be a problem with the...

Oh my goodness. What is going on at this Hardee's? I went in on Saturday night the young man taking orders has his headphones on and phone in his hand. He never greeted me or anything. So I place my order. It's very noticeable that this place is not organized. He hands me a milk shake that's like water. The Frisco burger bun is not toasted. I walk over to the counter to the young man now on his phone with his headphones on talking to someone. I ask Can I speak to your manager? Obviously he didn't hear me because you know why take the headphones off at work. I asked again he just looks at me but someone must have heard me because the employees in the back are talking about how they are looking for him. I just threw the food away and went to Cookout. As I was pulling out I see a car parked by the dumpster with two people in it. I thought to myself probably the manager they can't find. I will not be returning way to many other places to go. Clearly...
