Lakeside Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Edinboro

I thought Lakeside Bagel had gone out of business but found they'd just moved up the road. Their bagels were always great, altho TODAY they were rather hard on the bottoms; nearly un-chewable. Difficult at best for my older family members. Their prices seem generally the same as before and they ACTUALLY had SALT bagels at 10am! Used to be they'd run out of those by like, 9am. The parking SUX, especially for handicap parking -few cramped spaces at the door, a lot of things to step over, didn't see any ramps; rest of the parking up a very steep, paved hill which then you're forced to struggle down and back up again. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Still the same as when I went to college in Edinboro. Wait times are a little ridiculous on weekends because you have to stand outside in a long line due to Covid. I know that they are extremely popular, so that's why there are so many people, but having a few things ready, especially for a Saturday rush would help speed things up. Like maybe have your most popular bagels most of the way pre-cut (every dish you serve comes with the bagel halved). Or instead of having two girls running and doing everything including running the register then having to switch gloves after touching money/cards and restart, bring another in to solely run the register so the other two can save time and focus on sandwiches. Delicious food, as always, but I'd recommend working on the customer service a bit. The girl I dealt with behind the counter today, blonde hair around 1 o'clock pm, was so awfully rude and had a terrible attitude. Acted towards us as if we were a burden to her because she had to make two bagel sandwiches for us. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Is it that hard to just be kind...? I mean, I wanted to tell the girl to try and have a better day because of how snobby, bratty, and rude she was. If I could, I'd rate the customer service a 1 from my experience today.
