We we’re in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Not bad for a Saturday evening. When it was our turn to order, the lady in the window was laughing to our face when we were trying to order. Absolutely no help at all and we’re uneducated when it came to the menu and customer service itself. When we finally got our order the lady handed us our order and closed the window and said thank you under her breath. Personally, attitude doesn’t get under my skin so I just let it go since I was excited for my fresas con crema. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized they FORGOT our fresas con crema. We drove back and their excuse was that WE drove off and that we forgot. Excuse me, but are these employees allergic to accountability? Respectfully, after being laughed at in your face for wanting to order some Lays Preparados because YOU don’t know what’s in it leads me to assume you don’t care about your job, so why should listen to your bogus excuse. Never coming back unless the middle-aged laughing hyena in the drive thru grows up and the kid at the indoor window realizes that blaming customers for their employees mistake is not worth my respect, money, or patience.

P.S. We ordered a spicy mango raspa that was literally ice with tajin powder and 3 mango chunks. The mangonada was mid, nothing to write home about, and the spiropapa was RAW?!? At this point, how are you...

We went there to order, waited for 5 minutes and no one attended us. We proceeded to drive up to the second window and a lady came up to the windows and rudely asked "what did you order?" In which we replied "no one attended us back there so we thought we would order here (since it was our first time there) is that okay?" She said "no go back to the the first window" in which we replied "well is someone going to attend us?" And she rudely rolled her eyes and said "I don't know" what kind of service is that? This lady was a short, thin, and morenita girl. Place needs to work on the customer service. If they don't want to work, then they shouldn't even be hired, unless the owners are doing some kind of shady stuff that they hire employees by force. Really disappointed in this, it was our first and last time there. We wanted to go to El Parasol where they give better customer service and the snacks are better, but unfortunately they were closed because of the holidays. If you want mediocre snacks with TERRIBLE service, and a LONG wait time, then this is the place for you, if not I would recommend a drive thru close by or El Parasol hands down. Stopped going here years ago BCS everyone knows melted ice cream that is frozen again tastes like 🤢 🤮 so some lady argued it was "new" ice cream lol yeah bsbsbs!!!

Now I went yesterday they didn't have anything I tried ordering and when I asked for almonds and strawberries at the bottom of my strawberry delight some older lady taking my order was so rude and told me "we don't have almonds" I believe Spanish speaking only so I'm translating to English so ppl can understand anywayssss I was like "so it's not a delight without almonds" and she responded in a more rude way "so then you don't want a delight" and I told her no BCS it is not the same without almonds. Anyways so I wouldn't be the only one without a snack, I ordered gummy bears preparados thinking they were like the enchiladas gummies well no they were some sad a$$ gummy bears with barely any chamoy or Lucas
