Bombay Crust — Restaurant in Edison

I am very happy with our experience at the Bombay crust! I was a long time customer and fan of Zia Lisa, a pizzeria I've been eating at for several decades! Their food and service has always been great. I was very pleased to know that Rafael is still the main chef and the old Zia menu still has the same quality and tasty food in addtion to the revamped creative menu by the new owner. We have tried several items from the old menu and is still excellent and the same! The new additions to the menu are definately worth trying, we have tried several items from the new menu and the food is amazingly good. If anyone is questioning the quality of the old menu, it's still there with same great taste, should you venture into the new items, you will also be pleasantly surprised and enjoy the varied flavors that have been added. I bought the butter chicken pasta and Bombay cheesy bread sticks (with creamy garlic sauce). They gave me spicy red sauce instead, when ordering I repeated my self twice clearly. Still messed up the bread sticks..I returned to get my money back and he tried to short me 2$ dollars. Yup I paid 13$ and he tried to only give me back 11$. (For the bread sticks). As for the butter chicken pasta, it went straight into the garbage. They use fake processed chicken, not like other pizzarias. And forgot to give me naan with the pasta. This place is dirty and not well maintained. Just look at the pizza on display at the counter, it'll be enough to turn you away. Ordered delivery - and the food was SO GOOD! I love all the variety and combinations of flavor they offer for pizza and pasta! It was a vegetarian’s dream and it was sooo hard to pick which paneer option! Also they give generous size portions. I got a personal size pizza and their pasta, it would easily feed 3 people.

Shahi Paneer Pasta - 10/10, similar to vodka pasta but sooo creamy and PACKED with paneer. I kept eating until after I was full, so good!!!
