I liked this Dunkin a lot, but one day I mistakenly left my credit card at my job only a few minutes away. When I expressed this to the cashier ladies I was very apologetic and they seemed to understand that I wasn't planning on simply not paying. I asked if I could go get my credit card and come back as my job was very close. They said yes and DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE STORE POLICY ON HOLDING ITEMS. When I returned with the card, I was told blankly that they couldn't accept the card because the cash register had been opened for another customer after I left. When I tried explaining that perhaps she could cancel the order and open a new one I was just told "No, it won't go through. You need to pay with cash." (I did not have cash on me as I was NOT told this would be a problem.) I even offered to pay twice for the order and it was small and was for a few friends back at my job. "You can't pay with card." So what exactly is the policy in this case? To just throw out already-prepared merchandise because a customer that is willing to pay twice doesn't have cash on them? After you said NOTHING about this possibly being a problem? They even seemed surprised that I walked out even though I made it quite clear that I could not fulfill their ridiculous request to just produce cash I didn't have. I used to frequent this Dunkin while at work because it was convenient and quick, but their customer service is awful. Apparently I'm not the only one who experienced this as well. I don't plan on coming back, there is another Dunkin in the ShopRite just down the road, and they've always been much...
Read moreI came back to this store in 2023, apparently I realized that 7 years back I had the similar experience. I came to order coffee and Donuts for my kids, when I asked about $1 donut deal with coffee a lady named Parul was rude and was trying to rush me into it. I let it go, when I tapped my card it didn't go through instead of providing a customer service she silently commented to her colleague "This guy is taking an hour", I overheard it and expressed my displeasure right away. She wasn't even sorry for her behavior. Whomever is the owner of this store can you please take a note of this behavior. I have been to many Dunkin Donuts over last decade never had a such a horrible experience before.
I got a wrong coffee and when I asked the lady (Gulshan) this doesn't look like what I ordered she started challenging me instead. One of her counter parts had to take over and replace the coffee for me. When I went up and provided my feedback that I didn't like the way I was treated as a customer her attitude was "so what if you are customer ?". I said this kind of customer service won't bring me back to this store again and her attitude "I don't care".
The worse is when I tried to call the store for Manager (Shivani) no one answers the phone and once when the manager answered hung up and never returned call. When I went to speak with the manager she said the reason she hung up was that the store was busy. Later she promised to call me back after taking an action. The manager never...
Read moreMost arrogant staff you could ever get. We ordered a Macha Caffe and realized the milk was bad in it, when we came home the latte tasted sour. We went back again to tell them the latter tasted sour the staff said, it cannot be there are several customers and nobody complained. My wife aked her politely to taste the latte, because there is no other way to prove this. The staff started arrogantly proving there point that everything is always good. we surely did not go all the way back to return a latte. the point was if there is something that is not right then we have to report. The staff was so arrogant, they treat customers very very rudely. Never visit...
