Burger King — Restaurant in Edmond

We primarily went to try the Addams Family meal. Which included the Wednesday Whopper the Morticia kooky shake the Gomez churro fries and the Thing rings. Made a order through the app for dine in. Our order was 100% correct friendliness of staff to go out of their way to get us any condiments or utensils we needed was very nice. Food was fairly hot everything was freshly cooked. Overall cleanness in the restaurant was probably 3.5 out of 5. Seemed like the tables were wiped off but not chairs/seats.

As far as the Addams Family meal goes. The Wednesday Whopper was just a normal Whopper with Swiss cheese instead of American cheese. The purple bun is a purple potato bun. The Morticia kooky shake was like a chocolate shake & very poorly mixed brownie batter. It was meh. The Thing Rings were the normal onion 🧅 rings. the Gomez churro fries would have been much better ate hot and fresh for sure.

It's been a long time since having Burger 🍔 King. I always forgot how good their Whopper is. The fresh lettuce and 🍅 tomatoes add an extra element for sure. Also as always the chicken nuggets & chicken 🐔 fries were very good.

Visited during the lunch rush on a weekday and nearly half the staff (all the females) seemed to take a break at the same time leaving just a couple guys left to work the grill, drive-thru window, front counter and attend to online orders coming in. The staff working were friendly but were so overwhelmed that it took a while to even be assisted at the counter to even place an order. Thankfully we were in no rush and right before we left we seen the female staff that were present when we walked in but disappeared right after conveniently return after the lunch rush was over. The food was good and our order was correct but the Rodeo Burger isn't what it use to be, it looked more like just buns then a burger. We do recommend the Mozzarella Fries which were delicious. The interior was clean and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. ♿ There is a male and female single stall restroom which is great for those that are in a wheelchair and need assistance. Overall I'd say this location is handicap friendly but the entrance can be a little challenging since you have to manually open the door while pushing a wheelchair through it. My order was very inaccurate. I ordered 3 whopper meals with no cheese, medium size, drinks are all coke with no ice. I also asked for some sauce - ketchup and zesty. A very simple order to understand. At the window, the employee handed me only 2 whopper meals and the whoppers had cheese on them. I asked for the third meal that they are missing, and they only gave me an extra drink + sandwich. I then had to ask for the fries which were still missing. After they handed me the fries, I asked for the sauce I originally asked for because none was in the bag, and the employee said that sauce costed extra. When did ketchup and zesty ever cost extra? After leaving to look at the meal, one of the fries was a small size, and there was no straws or napkins included in this to go order.

On top of this inaccuracy, this all took 15 minutes to correct at the drive through. It should not have taken this long to give me such a SIMPLE order accurately. The employee at the window also seemed very annoyed to correct THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Terrible experience and will not be going back to...
