This place could be good but they’re really struggling and need someone managing who knows what they’re doing. We waited in line for over 25 minutes which is pretty long for a drive through coffee place. We ordered 2 hot drinks, a southwest quiche and a slice of coffee cake. When we finally got to the window they asked if we had ordered 2 drinks and 2 quiches. Then when they started handing us our food they gave my husband an iced coffee and not a hot one like he had ordered. They did remake it but they remade it as a medium instead of a large. The quiche was also extremely cold in the middle and didn’t match the description of the quiche at all. Maple and Honey is my go to coffee place. All of the staff are so friendly and have great recommendations. My personal favorites are the German chocolate iced coffee and the pina colada lotus. You also can’t beat the amazing baked goods from a local bakery. They also use high quality ingredients in their drinks and use honey to naturally sweeten things. Maple and honey has the BEST tasting coffee in the area by far and I know that I can always find something I like. The prices are great and it’s SO convenient to be able to look up the menu online before arriving to see what I might want and to determine how much I’ll be spending. Within one sip of my coffee I can tell this place uses high quality espresso and machines. It tastes rich and kinda nutty, It feels very creamy, obviously good crema. I got The House which is a maple breve with a maple soft top and dash of Cinnamon and it was perfect! Exactly what I expected! They didn't skimp on the cream it was very rich, perfectly sweet, not so much so that I can't taste the maple-y nuttiness but enough that it wasn't bitter at all.
