Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Edmond

I’ve seen the manager fail to wear her mask correctly, under her nose. I usually wouldn’t care but since it’s the manager it makes me wonder if other employees are there making our food without proper precautions. This location is super inconsistent with their times and quality and accuracy. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even though I love the Marco’s brand. This store tells me some days when I call that I’m in their delivery area, but a week later a different person tells me I’m not in the delivery range. What’s the deal? I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes longer than I was told to so I could finally get my order, and even then they’ve still made mistakes with my pizza. Forget trying to get your order on a weekend night in a timely manner because the wait times are always longer than they tell you upfront. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Marco’s on Western or Boulevard bc they can actually do their jobs right. My husband called in our order. When I went to pick up, the young man at the window seemed bewildered. Didn't have my order and honestly, he seemed high. He asked me "are you sure it was this store?" I explained that we always order from that particular Marco's because we live in Guthrie, so yes, this store. I asked if he couldn't just make my order. He suggested that my order was at another store and I should go there to get it. As I was on my way home, this wasn't a viable solution. I reiterated that I would like them to make my order and that I would pull ahead (out of drive thru lane). He finally understood, took my debit card and indicated it would be 20 mins. After 25 mins., I went inside and again, the dazed affect, acting like he hadn't seen me before. I assumed they would bring it to my car and they didn't. The whole experience annoyed me and I doubt we'll eat here again. BTW, $33.00 for 2 medium pizzas...

I called and asked for specials on large pizzas and was told about a 3 topping that was almost $25 so I just ordered 2 regular one topping large pizzas. When I pick up they have these amazing large pizzas on sale for a limited time. They were 12 and 13 dollars so it wasn’t the price that upset me - those pizzas were amazing. Tons of pepperoni on one and another had tons of multiple types of sausage. I mentioned that I would have appreciated being informed of these super amazing options but no one mentioned them. The cashier just gave me a look and asked for payment on the less than amazing pizzas. I almost wanted to refuse the regulars and reorder just to make a point but I was pressed for time - which is why I called in the order in the first place....
