MoMo Mandu Dumplings & Noodles — Restaurant in Edmond

I apologize I didn’t get any photos because it smelled great and I was hungry. I grabbed 1 order of Chili Dumplings 1 order of fried chicken Dumplings and a brand new item called the KC Roll. All good and the taste was great!

If you ever need a nice simple fried dumpling go here. The chili is a great pick for anyone who is wanting a bit of spice in their meal. I got a medium and I eat spicy food pretty regularly and enjoy it. I could go higher in spice; however my wife can’t handle heat well. She was dying from the medium. Big warning be careful on your spice if you don’t do well with it.

Now for the KC Roll it’s like a very well seasoned and sauced meat ball wrap. A couple of meat balls mixed with this green sauce and onion. The onion is raw and pretty strong. If I could try it with cooked onion instead of raw I would like to taste if it might be better.

The KC Roll is great the way it is. Spice level was pretty good for me but again I like spicy food. My wife said she thought the wrap was easier to eat than the chili. So the spice level is easier for those who need it. I’m looking forward to ordering it again. So if you could leave it as a permanent item I would love that.

My final thing is if you are interested in trying the food here; it’s great and amazing flavors. BUT!!! Do know the prices are in the higher end of what you would expect from a food truck. If you are expecting really cheap food then you will be a little surprise with the price. The food is worth the price. My order was roughly $36 for my items. Any one of my items can feed you as an individual just so you know. We had leftovers for a second meal. So proportions are balance with the price.

If you're a fan of dumplings, this food truck is a gem! Their fried chicken momos are a classic—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Just make sure to eat them while they're hot, as they can get a bit hard when they cool down. But the real surprise? The creamy momos! I had never tried anything like them before, and they completely blew me away. And the sodeko momos? Hands down, my favorite! Next time, I’ll definitely ask for a higher spice level.

I love the Himalayan tea! First time trying it and its perfect for a cool Oklahoman evening. The dumplings are delicious and you can pair them with a sauce fitting your spice level. The mild sauce is rich and savory and perfect for dipping. Make sure you order something cold to drink with the red spicy sauce! It's worth trying.
