I went there for happy hour. I was running a bit behind due to traffic, but I was there in time. I went through the drive-through, the person in front of me asked if was happy hour "yes." I pulled up to the window at 3:59, the car next to me at a carhop gets helped - is it still happy hour? "Yes." No one waited on me while I sat at the screen in the drive through for over a minute and is it happy hour? "NO"
I told them I had been sitting there waiting to be helped and they claimed there was "nothing they could do - the clocks set the discount." Had I been helped timely, that wouldn't have been a problem. Furthermore, I have experienced similar instances where the employee is able to give the discount - I'm not stupid...you make it sound like lock-down at 4:01.
Needless to say I left and I will NOT be giving my hard-earned money to this Sonic franchisee, even though it is the closest one to me. I normally go to sonic a few times a month, which isn't a "ton," but enjoy your loss of revenue. I'll make sure to tell my friends at UCO too - the Sonic on Bryant is 5 minutes further but...

She and my Aunt asked me to run to sonic and grab them a quick lunch. Of course I did and go to this location- which I frequent at least once a week. Anyway, I pull up and have about 5 people to order for. The guy that took my order was extremely rude from the get go. He acted like I was a huge pain in his rear for even pressing the red button and trying to order. He kept trying to cut me off even though I had more people to order for. (Still all on the same ticket so not like it should bother him any.) So after the 3rd meal I ordered I couldn’t take it anymore. His attitude and acting like I was doing him a huge disservice for just ordering normal menu items was horrendous. I ended up telling him to forget it and drove to the covell location. Read moreI ordered a cherry slush float and then said to the person taking the order just put cherry slush ice cream and more cherry slush and do not blend it … which should be simple because sonic used to make them all the time and some sonics still make them for me. My order came they charged me 4.00 for a medium cherry cream slush. I then called and asked they is the slush float for a medium on the screen was 2.99 and mine was 1.00 more and they kept saying because you ordered a cherry cream slush and I kept saying no I didn’t and I even asked them no to blend it when I ordered and never once said cream because obviously they are not the same and neither employee I talked to apologize for any error or wanted to make it right just kept arguing that I ordered a cherry cream slush lol I will not be back to this location … other sonics make it all the time correct without instructions…it isn’t rocket science much less basically call me a liar … not good business at all … I am sure the female was the manager on duty … because the male didn’t know...
