I’ve visited several Aldi locations across Oklahoma, and this one in Edmond is by far the best. It’s not just because it’s close to my house — they consistently keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized. Their produce is always fresh, and prices are very competitive, which makes this my first choice for grocery shopping. I don’t know where they source their fruit from, but it’s noticeably better compared to other Aldi stores I’ve visited at the same time. I’ve tested this several times before drawing that conclusion, and this location always stands out. One of my favorite sections is the chocolate aisle. Aldi offers imported chocolates from Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and even Belgium. Personally, I think Belgian chocolate is the best in the world (though of course, everyone has their favorite!), and I really appreciate that Aldi gives shoppers options you don’t often see in other grocery stores. The store itself isn’t huge like Walmart or Target and doesn’t carry everything, but for everyday essentials and great deals, it’s top-notch. The only minor inconvenience is having to bring a quarter for a cart and your own bags — but that’s a small trade-off for keeping prices low. If I had one suggestion, it would be for staff to slow down a little at checkout — a few times, my fruit has gotten bruised from quick handling. It doesn’t happen often, but worth noting. I submitted a complaint to the store manager and absolutely nothing was done for 2 weeks and I called back all these customer service and submitted the video to them of the cashier throwing all of my items in the basket and telling me that they are about speed not customer service and I expressed to him that I will not be treated that way, he laughed and said there's nothing you can do about it. After nothing was done through the store manager I called the corporate and submitted the video to them and they called me back very quickly and apologized for the negligence of the store manager and the manager that was on duty at the time. Aldi's corporate is a very good Corporation because they replaced the full amount of my purchase at the time and showed me that they did care despite what the manager on duty and the cashier said at the time. I would recommend this store for the good products and and very good deals especially for their beef because it is freezer ready and holds for a long time. And there is a lot of other good deals tours at the store. And most of all customer service of the corporate office truthfully does listen and truthfully does care and that is becoming a very rare thing throughout the world. I am greatly appreciative of customer service at this place and that is something I very rarely say. Definitely give this...
