Owners are very nice and polite. They were able to answer questions that I had and helped me. The only down side was limited choices for N Scale but what they had is stuff that is hard to find and that I have been looking for. It isn't their fault for the limited selection but after leaving thought about asking if they are able to order from the manufacturers.
