I ordered and paid for 2 ice cream pies on line and went in the next day (as scheduled) to pick them up and they DID NOT HAVE THEM! They kid called his manager Mo, who was out and they told me to wait. I waited 20 minutes and the manager comes in and finds that they did have my online order BUT have never made the pies!! I toured a great many places in the greater San Diego region with different customer service skills and with variety. I dropped in off a whim after thinking Smart n Final was too far. What ceased to amaze me was that the workers were very reluctant to take my order. My heart skipped a beat after they fussed between each other then one yells, "I'll take who's orders next."
