Ordered a Grilled cheese cheeseburger munchie meal, asked for it without the pickles or special sauce. Something or other got lost in translation, and I ended up realizing after eating the two tacos and churros that the burger had no cheese on it. I have no words. How do you mess that up? It's a grilled CHEESE CHEESEburger. It's like, double the cheese. Well, I was in a bit of a rush, but I thought I had time to grab a quick refund, because this obviously wouldn't fly. When I went to talk to the manager, however, she constantly talked over me, and ended up going into the back to yell at the chef and forced him to remake the burger. I tried getting in a word edgewise, but she immediately started taking another order. By the time she was done, the burger was already finished. I just left, dumbfounded and disappointed.
The churros I bought had very little sugar on the outside and seemed undercooked - more so than usual. The taco's lettuce-to-meat ratio was probably around 10:1. The fries were mediocre, as I've come to expect from Jack in the Box. And yet they were still probably the best part of the meal.
And after all that, the cheese on the burger was barely melted, there was no cheese on the top layer, essentially making it a pointless extra slice of bread. The meat was dry as anything. I don't know, is it too much to ask to get something that resembles the advertised product?
They did one thing right, however. I was no longer hungry by the time I left. In fact, I had completely lost...
Read moreThis place has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have to visit this location more often than I would prefer and the employees are never friendly or welcoming. I always am made to feel like I am bothering them and their social gathering they are partaking in with each other. I walked in yesterday and had a cup in my hand that I was only taking in with me to rinse out in the sink in the restroom. The employee sat and watched me take the cup out of my bag and as I walked in the door was so rudely greeted by an employee telling me I am forbidden from coming inside their establishment with my cup because the cup does not belong to jkb. I said well you can't tell me I can't have a cup in my hand when I come in your store! I am not asking for a free refill or doing anything that would warrant such a reaction from an employee. The gentleman (if that's what he is) pointed me to the door and told me to step outside or he would tell the manager on me. Huh? Are you serious? Your going to tell on me to your manager? For what? For carrying a cup in my hand. Lol just another thing to have to complain about when you have way too much time on your hands. I proceeded to do what I was there to do and then left quietly. I really dislike the choice of employees that work here. Their food...
Read moreMay 1, 2025 12:20am Absolutely unacceptable behavior from yaniss at Jack in the Box. I’ve had two extremely negative encounters with this employee, and I feel obligated to warn others. The first time, he forgot items from my order and was unapologetic and dismissive when I brought it up. The second time, when I came back (as instructed) to get the missing food, things escalated to a whole new level of unprofessionalism. Yanis was rude, hostile, and shockingly disrespectful. He outright called us "retarded" and "liars" — completely unprovoked and unbelievably offensive. That kind of language is disgusting and inexcusable in any setting, especially from someone representing a business. He even went as far as when I was driving past the window leaving the parking lot to stick his head out the window and give me the middle finger and said have a nice day.
To make things worse, the food he gave us after that encounter looked tampered with. I no longer felt safe eating it. This is beyond poor service — it’s a violation of basic human decency and health standards.
Management seriously needs to address this immediately. No one should be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location until serious...
