What a great place. I always heard about this locat but never went. Boy is it worth it. The food: Had a basic combo sandwich. Really good for such a simple sandwich. Portion size was decent, the price is a bit more than other sandwich shops but it is made fresh and ready in minutes. Service: this is why it is so highly prized. I was really impressed with how fast I received my food and it wasn't sloppy. Every one was super nice and friendly. Atmosphere: The parking situation is kinda bad and weird to get to, especially being a few blocks off a main road. The inside very simple but with some great history. I highly recommend this place for those avoiding major corporate donations, and want to support a classic shape vibe with good food.

Not gonna lie, a little let down that my orthodontist up the street didn’t tell me about this spot lol THE GRINDER IS IN FACT, A MEAL IN ITSELF. If you solve an homemade, old school, local sandwich shop, this is the spot! I got the James and was not disappointed one bit! The bread was soft, the ingredients fresh, the meat choices, chefs kiss! The perfect balance of mess and precision, is what will keep me coming back here. Last but not least, the employees smile! Friendly, prompt and dialed in. Shout out to big man in the back running up the sandwiches during the lunch rush too! Locked in and kept the wait time down!

Morning of 10/30/24 I had called ahead and placed an order. When I arrived on location, the Wednesday morning crew went from smiles to frowns! I'm American by BIRTH of chaldean descent but I guess they didn't like that... The female cashier purposely did not give me my Stewart's Orange'n Cream and I had to drive back to pick it up! Even though I had proper etiquette and manners while in this establishment, It was not enough to salvage the racial tension this crew gave to me. And just like that... The Grinder lost another customer. -Shawn

To effectively alleviate prejudices and promote unity at the workplace, diversity must be celebrated. Thus, we've compiled the top 100 diversity and inclusion quotes to help you create a bias-free workplace.

Fostering equality and cultural diversity is a top challenge that the entire society is facing at the moment. Businesses and specifically people management can play a significant role in this regard by focusing on the diversity and inclusion policies and strategies in the workplace.

The existence of differences within a particular frame is referred to as diversity. Differences in ethnicity, culture, religion and a variety of other factors can all play a role in the workplace. The practice of ensuring that people with these differences experience a sense of connection and encouragement from the company is referred to as inclusion.

In the workplace, equality is making sure people are given equal opportunities, equal pay, and are well accepted for their differences. It fosters a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace where people with diverse...

I do like this place but the last few times that I have been there, they have messed up my order and the bread was extremely wet. For instance I went yesterday and I asked for a hot pastrami with everything and first of all they forgot to put any mustard and salt and vinegar and the most important thing to make my hot pastrami HOT it was ice cold and then for my husbands sandwich he wanted no salt and vinegar and no mustard and he got all of that on his sandwich and his bread was soaked and The bread was falling apart and we literally live a few blocks away so there was no way to blame the sandwich sitting for so long to get so wet like that. So not very happy about that. I do enjoy the place but the service has been going downhill it’s just mostly teenagers or young adults working there and just talking around taking forever to make two sandwiches when we were the only Customers there. So I’ve been pretty...
