Been here twice the second time I asked for double toasted bagel and it was still super soggy. Worst bagels ever! Edit* it's been months since my first review and decided to give them a 3rd try. This time I decided to try a bagel sandwich. Their only choices all had meat. I asked if they were premade and the guy at the counter said no and could make it with only eggs and cheese like I wanted. Still charged me for the meat so I asked if I could get double cheese since I was still being charged for the meat, he said he'll see what he could do.. I didn't get double cheese. The "cheese" that was on it wasn't even real cheese it was that pasteurized American sliced fake cheese. Got home and the sandwich smelled and tasted like ham. So they were premade and they just took the meat off before giving it to me. I was so excited for this place to be so close when they first opened and every single time they have just been a disappointment. I will not be going back here again, I'll drive farther to get...

The worse service ever! I waited 15-20 for my order in drive thru. I get to work and noticed I received wrong order. I ordered only a breakfast sandwich. Called and they told me I can get it next day just to give my name. I went next day and rude guy told me he cannot give out free food and that he could take my phone number. He said he will give me breakfast any way so i purchase a coffee to eat it with my sandwich. He charged me and when given the coffee I notice he didn’t have me the sandwich and again he said they don’t give out free food. I left since i couldn’t deal with that attitude. Called later and manager told me to come back next day and he will give me a free coffee for the trouble and my correct sandwich. I went there again next day, walked in and give them my name. Man there said he could only give sandwich but not coffee so i have to pay for coffee again. Waited 15 min for my order. Open the order at work and bread was burnt. I am never coming back here again!
