Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Campo

My family visited Pizza Hut Sat., July 18th. We ordered and appetizers were served. When our food order came, thdough to pizza rolls were raw and cooked unevenly. I asked for them to just be put in a little longer. The waitress then came to inform that the cooks made wrong pasta and it would be another 15 min. I said I would happily wait and to please make sure food was cooked correctly. Pasta came and I served half a spoon to my two children to which they informed me that it was cold and runny. I informed waitress and manager came out to say that I would be charged for a whole pan because it was eaten. The pasta was not half gone, the problem was that it was so watery and runny that it looked that way. I was over changed and the manger was very unprofessional. The food was served half raw and cold and he insisted that he made sure everything was done correctly. This isnt the first time this has happened and I tried to be understanding but this...

So sad! I ordered a deal on the app today and they sent me the wrong pizza and some of my wings were very small and dry. I am even more upset after visiting in-person tonight. I thought I could talk to the manager and express how I was unhappy with my pizza and wings. I showed him my pizza. His first comment was it was a hand toss and not a stuffed crust. I showed him what I ordered and how it didn't match what I ordered. His comment was to take a screen shot & share it. Lord I wish I could share. Not even an apology. They then messed up our orders in the store. At least the server said she was sorry. One person at the table ordered a sandwich that comes with cheese and they made the sandwich and then told the server they were out of provolone cheese. The other person ordered cheese bread & they gave them garlic bread

Bad, bad, bad, Service. Ordered online said 10to 15 minutes. Went there in 20 minutes. Pulled in the drive up window and waited 5 to 10 minutes. People just standing around inside, one guy walked out looked at me and walked back to the kitchen. No one acknowledge me. I drove around and walked inside and there is one customer that was being served inside. I walked over and looked in the kitchen and employees where standing around doing nothing. Again I repeat poor poor poor service. I asked him why nobody came to me at the window and he just stood there looking at me. They then said I’m sorry I’ll get your order. But by this time I was very upset and said you can forget my order I’ll take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend, I repeat I do not recommend this place. Lazy, lazy, lazy employees.
