I’m from Houston, not El Campo. I’ll be honest, MOST of the eateries around here are a BIG disappointment to me. That’s why I’m leaving this review for this Taco Bell location. Five stars. Reminds me of what I’m used to in Houston. Great service and food looks neat and put together like it’s supposed to (meaning cheese and toppings are in tact and not falling all outside of the wrapper and bag, no beans smeared on the wrapper, sticky sauce packs…none of that) and I’ve never received a wrong order. Just bc you’re in a small town with little competition does NOT mean it’s ok to throw your community trash. This location gets it. Good job to this Taco Bell location. Management must be doing their job here. Hope this unsolicited review helps your business!

Worst experience ever!!! First off!!!! Rude customer service, asked for it togo off the machine, and when the lady gave us the order it wasn't togo, so we told her and she rolled her eyes like it's our damn fault!! Ready the damn ticket!!!!! Then threw are food in the bag!! We didn't get all our food, should of checked it!!! Then get home to eat and omg!!!!! Let me tell ya, it was soooo bad, my husband tried the Mexican pizza and he said it taste like chemicals, like they cleaned with their hands then made his food, and my double decker taco was inedible as well, couldn't stand the taste what so ever!! Horrible ass experience!! Taco bell get yalls shit together and hire...

The staff at the El Campo Taco Bell are amazing and so sweet! I stopped by one morning and wanted to order lunch for my daughter's class for her birthday. When I went back at 1130 to pick it up, I was totally surprised and thrilled to find out they had individually packaged each of the 12 lunches in happy birthday gift bags complete with birthday napkins, and a special bag with a balloon for the birthday girl! They also went so far as to put a special gift in the birthday girls bag. A $10 gift card to Taco Bell! My daughter was so thrilled! What a neat surprise! This Taco Bell is...
