Whataburger — Restaurant in El Campo

So I went to Whataburger this morning and ordered a number two a tequila bacon and a taquita sausage left with my food got to my destination looked in my bag and all I had was a burger so I had to turn around come all the way back wait in line inside the store for 37 minutes before they even started to cook my two taquitos and they had the order wrong by giving me just the burger instead of the meal and had the nerves to tell me that that was going to have to charge me for the fries now as a manager at Denny's we made it a point that if we did something wrong to accommodate the customer some type of way by giving them apple pie or anything to keep a customer happy so I think the least they could have done was gave me my fries and my drink but they simply refused and wanted to charge me so I think that's poor service and I'll never go...

The wait at the drive thru was extreme and when we got to the window, we figured if every customer had the same issue with their order being wrong as we did it made sense. We didn't get the right drinks but we settled because we were tired of waiting. Then we realized we had hashbrowns with no taquitos so we had to ask for them. We didn't get the extra sauce we ordered for the buffalo chicken and we didn't get ANY ketchup for our two large orders of fries and our kids chicken strips. When we asked for what was missing it took forever to get to us. I usually don't complain, but this was completely unacceptable...

Bad, bad, bad! Lousy service, waited 18 minutes to get a burger and chicken nuggets. Cashier was lazy, and I noticed the manager having to chase her around the restaurant reminding her to focus on her duties. Ice tea was like dark and bitter. Soda drinks were not calibrated and were too heavy on the syrup. Lemonade was out of order. Onion rings were burned and the oil they were cooked in was old. Waterburger generally is very good. Consistent quality control and good staff. This Waterburger appears to be an exception. I won't...
