I'm writing this review as a professional associate of Bryan Lowrey and his staff at the Sutherlands down in Dickinson. His professional courtesies reflect on all Sutherlands including out in El Campo too. I find them to be the best examples I know of Grace under Pressure; courtesy under fire, and unfailing friendliness at all times. Bryan cares about his customers -whether they be vendors such as myself - or clients seeking every kind of tool or gift item; lumber or project supplies for any do it yourselfer . Most of the time the check out help is good. Today I was buying boards and fasteners and I told them it was farm use. The young lady ask me exactly what it was for. She and the other girl decided it was not exempt from tax for farm use. Number one it is none of their business what it’s for. Second this was like calling me a liar.
