Worst experience ever at a Rally's. We entered though the south east entrance. There were no signs indicating that there was a specific place to go for mobile orders. When we got through the drive through and to the window the lady gave us a very unhappy look and said "mobile orders are the other line" then walked way. I followed her instructions to which the line was long and took several minutes to go from the drive through line to their mobile order line. Now right next to the mobile order line was a sign that said mobile order. So if I had entered through the Northern entrance instead I wouldn't have had to endure a very unhappy worker. To make matters worse the first lady who told us we were in the wrong line didn't give us our drinks. When we got to the window finally with the mobile side they handed us the food, no drinks, and just walked away closing the window. We decided to park and check all the food before heading up to the walk up window for our drinks. It's a good thing we did. We were missing drinks and some food. We go to the walk up window. While waiting for someone to come to the window three people leaving the drive thru line to enter the mobile pick up line were leaving very confused and upset. Why? Because even though they were ordering through drive thru the staff were still making them go to the smaller mobile line. We actually calmed down an elderly man who thought he was being stolen from cause they took his payment but didn't give him any food cause they directed to the mobile line. There was no need for this process. They weren't having a rush hour moment and what's the point of separating and designating one for mobile and one for drive thru if your just gonna push everyone through the mobile side? This made me think the lady with the attitude just didn't want to do her job. We waited about 5 minutes for sometime to come to the window to see why we were there. Read moreDid online order for what is posted online 5/5$ burger, fries, nuggets, drink and apple pie I was most excited about the apple pie just to get home and the pie is not in there I swear the quality of food and performance of people has gone down hill and then I tried to call and there is no phone number! So now I have to drive back tomorrow to get what I paid for and I expect a full meal refund not just the pie cuz this is ridiculous every single comment on reviews is negative I should have read them first but it's rallys like I grew up on rallys totally ruined my experience hopefully tomorrow someone will make it right!
UPDATE- came back this morning when they open the manager ended up giving me a 10% discount so I got about 70 cents off which I appreciate BUT had to buy a whole new combo and then wouldn't even honor what is posted they said they are a not the franchise but individual owned and what's posted on their website with their address is not for this location it's all the East Coast then I stated I only got one patty on my burger and she also said that it only comes with one patty!! Didn't do anything to make it right that is super crazy to me because I am a server and work in the food industry and at my JOB we would do anything to make it right especially if someone says they will call corporate we don't want that or bad reviews so I will always make sure or try to have the customer satisfied I should have read the reviews because they are all negative and maybe if I did I wouldn't have had to go through this the whole experience sucked and the manager did nothing but was snappy like I was in the wrong because you have stuff posted for different states on your website with your address! So fyi if you were trying to get the $6 meal deal DONT it does not come with what is posted and it's a single note a double does not come with pie and even tho it comes with chicken bites they want to charge me 1.50 for ranch and BBQ absolutely insane this was the worst experience and it saddens me because I absolutely loved Rally's!!

Read moreStephanie, the night shift manager, took my order and payment and then had me pull to the other side to wait 12 minutes for my food. Then, the guy manager realized I was waiting for a while and realized I still had not received my food and grabbed it. It had been ready for the last 4-5 minutes. He apologized, but I told him that his teammates should communicate when food is ready to avoid situations like this.
When I got home about 30 minutes later, I was missing my part of my order, a large fry. So I called and asked for the manager, and Stephanie said she was, and after telling her, she said she could not refund, but I could go back anytime this week to get a large fry. I told her I was not going to be able to, and she said anytime in her schedule I could come. I asked for her manager, and she said it was Larissa and I could talk to her on Monday morning. She spoke to me with an attitude and said, "You want a refund for just a large fry?" I said yes, not for the entire order but, yes, for the fries.
