10/10 Will be back for more. Walked in the door and was warmly greeted. I ordered the mamalona chilaquiles and I was asked which sauce I’d like. I paused for a long time, apologized for being tired I was just about to have breakfast at almost 1pm. I was offered a half and half sauce order. Before my food came I was offered a cup of coffee on the house to help perk me up. There are no regrets on the 50/50 Chile, They were both delicious and the very healthy serving of food was filling. The café de olla was delicious. I’ve never had it but I think I imagined it tasting more forward and strong and probably have avoided it for longer than I should have this one was very pleasant to drink with a splash of cream chefs kiss I’m grateful. The food was again perfect the steak was made medium and that’s exactly where this cut at this restaurant should be (I’m a rare steak person) but this was good all the way through. The pepino agua Fresca was also * chefs kiss* the right amount of lime/pepino/azucar ratios. The kind of drink that reminds you of summer setting in. Not too sweet and not too watered down. The price is average and I think the quality, atmosphere and portion for my meal was on par for what I expect to pay. $26.39 for my meal. If you’re offended by the pricing here go to king taco or a fast food restaurant. This place serves good food as fast as it can...
Read moreAuthentic delicious epic Mexican food. The burrito de mole has a great flavor, not too strong. It was filled with chicken, rice, and mole. Portion is big enough for two people, will not disappoint. The fish taco was really good, it had a great flavor to it. The sauce they put on the taco really complements the fish. Do you want to go to Mexico to just eat great food? Then order the quesadilla hand made, it was a taste of Mexico. I would say the quesadilla was one of my favorite. The chilaquiles are exactly what chilaquiles are supposed to be. They are fried chips smothered in two great sauces, I chose green and red but for my taste I liked the red one better but both were amazing. If you go to Teresas don’t forget to order the delectable cafe de olla. The coffee is not just ordinary coffee it’s naturally sweetened coffee and it goes great with any dish you choose. Tres leche french toast is a must. The horchata is better than any horchata...
Read moreThe first and only time I went to this place I had a bad experience. I ordered regular coffee because I'm not into that sweet cafe de olla. I requested for my coffee to be extra hot and creamer on the side. I noticed the waitress preparing me a cup of instant coffee, not my first choice. When she brought me my coffee it was luke warm. I asked her politely to reheat my coffee. When she brought me my coffee a second time it was still luke warm. I told her that I was a reasonable person, that all I wanted was a hot cup of coffee with creamer on the side. She then told me that they had run out of creamer. I wish she would of told me that from the beginning. My family and I decided to get up and leave. I figure if they can't make a good cup of regular coffee that doesn't speak very well of their food or service. I never got to taste their food because they couldn't satisfy me with a simple cup of coffee. I definitely don't...
