Jacqueline (team lead) was taking our order thru the drive thru. We ordered a family meal 16 piece with three sides and biscuits. Added two more Large sides and 6 piece biscuits with frosting. We asked Jacqueline to add frosting to the biscuits from the family meal we would be willing to pay the difference she said No! Her tone and attitude was quite rude. We asked well could we pay for a side of frosting so we can add it on she said no I had said no. We pulled up to the window and asked the employee there he turned to ask she was already hovering and said I said no we can’t to any of what they want! He said she said no. I asked why can’t we just purchase a side of frosting every other Church’s chicken does it for us we were just on this side of town so we stopped here he said we’ll team lead said no so no! Horrible they need to work on there service skills I’m sure this is something that could have been done she just did not want to do it or take the time to speak to us like adults just no no! We spent well over $50+ for her to not be able to give us what we wanted ridiculous, our mashed potatoes were all spilled and coleslaw lazy or Intentional I don’t know. Read moreHa!, all these chicken lovers with their good reviews.... Only go here for basic chicken.. they won't even get THAT right half the time. Drive thru service is a joke and the manager should be ashamed of herself that is currently on duty that took my order. Slow it down, do your job right. I will be baby sitting you to make sure my order is right next time and calling you guys out before i leave. It's really not hard, like at all. No excuse. You shouldn't be there right now. Take a break for goodness sakes....
UPDATE: 1 YEAR LATER, 12/20/2022.... Drive thru still has an awkward recording telling you some dumb special your not going to get anyways and says to order when you're ready, only to have an actual human tell you to order when you're ready, again.... kind of defeats the purpose... I'd like to know their reasoning behind such a cringe welcome recording... Anyways, dry number 5 aka chicken sandwich and less than fresh fries. Employees laughing and joking around in the background looking careless had me less than hopeful. Management hasn't changed or changed for the same bad behaviors and quality cooking standards I dealt with ONE YEAR AGO. ...
Read moreNot the greatest experience. I went and made an order. I asked what was in a wrap and she said Cole slaw and one chicken strip. I got the order. There was so much mayonnaise I couldn’t eat another bite. I decided to go inside and order two tortillas and a coleslaw. The woman in lipstick told me I can’t and she made it by how it was suppose too. She got very mad and argued. I told her I was ok with buying two more, but just give me the tortillas and a small thing of coleslaw for me to make it myself. She then said “this is what I’m trying to tell you. I made it how it’s suppose to be made” while raising her voice. Someone in the back came up and charged me for a small coleslaw and said they will remake it for me. I really didn’t want to add such a confrontation. I got the remake, the one with red lipstick remade my order. The tortillas were wrapped so tightly that they broke, they were also not tucked in on the sides and the juice from the coleslaw ran out. This is why I didn’t want her to remake it....
